Nous sommes une famille de 5 enfants habitant Rennes. Anciens vannetais, nous avons eu la joie de trouver cette maison et de la rénover intégralement en 2018.
Nous allons dans cette maison toute l’année, c’est donc une maison chaleureuse "qui vit". Nous l’avons voulue extrêmement confortable pour profiter pleinement de la situation privilégiée.

Why they chose this property
Quartier particulièrement calme avec une proximité très appréciée des commerces, du chemin côtier, … et de la célèbre chapelle de St Philibert. On peut tout faire à pieds même si les ballades à vélo par les pistes dédiées sont particulièrement appréciées.
