Our home is located not far from FM306 on a quiet cul-de-sac and just a short drive from the lake and river. Float down the river, jet ski on the lake, hike the various trails near the home, or browse the boutique shops in town for an unforgettable stay.
The Space
With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this home will comfortably fit up to 6 people. Master Bedroom is located in the private second story and has queen size bed and private bath. Bedrooms two and three downstairs each have a queen size bed.
The home features an open floor plan. Our kitchen has a natural gas stove, over-sized refrigerator and stand-alone freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and several small cooking appliances. The dining room sits up to 6 comfortably as it has two leaves and the kitchen island seats 2 for a quick breakfast.
Cozy living room available with a 69" curved television, plus two more televisions available in other bedrooms.
Take advantage of the large driveway with room to park boats or recreational vehicles as well as several guests.
Centrally Located
Under 15 minutes: Our home is conveniently located 4-minutes from Brookshire Brothers Supermarket as well as other restaurants and gas stations in the main part of town. Just 8-minutes away is the Canyon Lake Marina where you can enjoy lake side lunches or rent a boat for the day. The Guadalupe River Trail begins only 9 minutes away for tube rentals and to take a relaxing river float through beautiful scenery and enjoy the fun. Just down the road, 12-minutes from home, you will find the Whitewater Amphitheater, the only venue bordered on two sides by a year-round creek.
Under 30 minutes: Wimberley is a known haven for artists, musicians and writers. Since it is only a 16-minute drive, you will not be disappointed if you plan your stay around Market Days held on the first Saturday of the month March thru December with over 475 booths. Or visit the Historic Gruene Town and Dance Hall within 26-minutes. Bargain shopping your thing? Head over to the San Marcos Premium Outlets in a simple 27-minute commute.
Under 60 minutes: The famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark, 33-minutes, has tube chutes, rides, tube slides and pools that are spring fed which always stay a cool 72° and flow right back into the river. Or travel the opposite direction for 36-minutes from home and experience the past at the Lyndon B. Johnson Historical ranch. Another quaint towne to explore is Fredericksburg known for its wineries and German heritage.
