You will enter on the main floor, into an open concept area that includes the living room, dining area, kitchen, powder room and outdoor balcony. The kitchen is outfitted with commercial appliances, and a custom stainless steel island for the chefs out there! Downstairs are two poolside bedrooms that open up steps from the pool. One room is set up with 2 queens and the other has one king. Both bedrooms have 70" tv's. The bathroom downstairs is absolutely one of a kind and was carefully designed for multiple guests' use. This bathroom is equipped with two separate lockable private stone showers with attached private dressing areas. The common space in the bathroom has 2 sinks and the toilet area is also completely private. There is also a bathroom upstairs with a toilet and sink. The entire bathroom can also be closed and locked if you choose. The house has 14' ceilings and feels open and airy. PLEASE NOTE: This house is two stories and has stairs.


KITCHEN is a commercial custom chef’s dream. Bella Vista Oasis boasts a French door oven, double compartment commercial sink, commercial Atosa refrigerator and freezer. Large custom stainless steel island. Pots, pans, mixing bowls, spatulas, ladles, bowls & plates set for 10, cups, silverware set for 10, large serving utensils, stemless wine glasses, blender, hand held mixer, crockpot, mixed spices, Hoshizaki ice machine, toaster, blender and much more. The design allows you to create your own masterpiece.


COFFEE BAR is located on the butcher block counter. The commercial Keurig coffee machine can make a large pot or single cup. We offer premium brand coffees, creamer, sugar & sweetener.


BEDROOMS open directly to the pool. They are both equipped with comfortable beds and plush linens. Extra blankets and pillows are also available to guests. Ample bath towels, and pool towels are provided. There are two bedrooms, the first suite has 2 queen beds and the king suite has 1 king bed. All bedrooms have 70" smart TVs and bedside USB power.


BATHROOMS are stocked with high-end shampoos, conditioners, hand soaps, plush towels, wash clothes, make-up towels & make-up wipes, lotions and blow dryers.


HEATED POOL & HOT TUB is always ready for you to take a plunge. The large Bella Vista Oasis pool has a large tanning shelf and waterfall hot tub. It is heated to keep you swimming year round. The hot tub accommodates 8 people nicely. Pool toys are conveniently located in the deck box under the stairs by the side walkway. Automatic air pumps (for tubes etc.) are also available upon request.


Balcony/Deck is covered and directly accessible from the great room. It boasts beautiful views of the lake and the pool below. It also has stairs going down to the pool. It also has a comfortable table to dine or have your morning coffee. It seats 4.


ENTERTAINMENT The main floor has an 86" Smart TV and both bedrooms have 70" Smart TV's with designated gaming cables for consoles. We have Fast 500 Mbps Internet throughout the house.


LAUNDRY MACHINES are provided for guests. You are welcome to do laundry at any time, and laundry soap pods are provided. Iron is also provided. As a guest you are NEVER required to do any laundry for check-out.


PETS We have a fully fenced backyard and unfenced side yard for your pets. We ask that you pick up after them and make sure that any messes are cleaned promptly.
