20 Channel Drive, Island Park ~ The Shell Shack! Perfect family vacation spot just a short walk (less than 1/4 mile) from the beach and one block from the largest community pool!
Sleeps 9 - 1 King, 3 Queen beds , 1 twin trundle.
65 inch smart TV in FR with YouTube TV account provided. All bedrroms have tv's with streaming capability.
Fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances in 2023. LG oven with convection and air fry mode, blender, mixer, Keurig dual with carafe.
Hand towels provided - please wash and return upon departure.

Gas Grill
Large back deck overlooks serene fountain on Lagoon frontage, and also provides afternoon shade for incredible peaceful dinners.
Relax in the hammock or adirondack chairs underneath the house.
Beach chairs and beach wagon provided. 2 kayaks available for use!
Two community pools, community docks for fishing, crabbing, kayaking and more.
Outdoor shower, outdoor dining, gas grill.
Bring your own linens (sheets * bath towels) or we can provide contact info for linen rental service.

We have been coming to Ocean Isle Beach for 15+ years and in January of 2020 checked off a bucket list item of owning our own home in Island Park! We are a family of 5 from Raleigh, NC and hope you enjoy making as many great memories year as we have! Our home is a short walk to the beach, pool and sound!
