20 Channel Drive, Island Park ~ The Shell Shack! Perfect family vacation spot just a short walk (less than 1/4 mile) from the beach and one block from the largest community pool!
Sleeps 9 - 1 King, 3 Queen beds , 1 twin trundle.
65 inch smart TV in FR with YouTube TV account provided. All bedrooms have tv's with streaming capability.
Fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances in 2023. LG oven with convection and air fry mode, blender, mixer, Keurig dual with carafe.

Large back deck overlooks serene fountain on Lagoon frontage, and also provides afternoon shade for incredible peaceful dinners.
Relax in the hammock or adirondack chairs underneath the house.

Outdoor shower, outdoor dining, gas grill.

The house is very nice and clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with the things you need. Ocean Isle Beach is great. We love to visit here especially in October.

Perfect beach house

Beautiful house….immaculate home and well equipped kitchen, loved walking to the beach, and loved eating on the porch with the water feature behind us. It was a perfect place!

Ocean Isle Getaway

This was our second time staying at this property and I highly recommend it. It’s a lovely house and so close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. The owners have done a great job keeping the place maintained and modern. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vacation spot in this area.

Beautiful property!

The house is beautiful inside and out. The neighborhood is family friendly. We spent time at the beach and one of the pools. The kids enjoyed watching the turtles in the lagoon Fun was had by all!

Beautiful Vacation Cottage!

It was everything we hoped for and more! Great location and view. 10 minute walk to the beach. Salt water pool was a nice surprise but lacking any lounging chairs or umbrellas.

Family Friendly

We had a great stay. Communication with the host was great. Our group ranged from 9 to 69 and it worked for everyone. My only caution would be to be careful on the outdoor stairs when they are wet as they can be very slick.

Great location, great communication

Andrea’s house was very clean upon arrival. Location was great. Only a short walk to the beach, pools, and sound channels. The only complaint was we didn’t know we were supposed to bring paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), but there was a Publix close by that we swung by to pick some up. Our kids loved seeing the turtles in the lagoon behind the house. We all had a great time. Plenty of space for our two families to enjoy our beach vacation. Andrea responded back to us very quickly with anything we needed.

Great get away

Comfortable house, within close walking distance of the ocean (approx. 5 minute). The Tipsy Turtle Bar is just a short walk down from the beach public access, so easy to obtain a drink while enjoying the waves! Take cash to the beach if you want an Italian Ice - the cart that comes by only takes cash. Check In and Out was extremely easy. Only issue we had was the upstairs shower only provided hot water or cold water, we could not get it to blend the two. Otherwise, a great place to stay.

Great Vacation

We really enjoyed the location of this house. Beautiful neighborhood! Loved the decks in the evening after a full beach day. The house had everything we needed. We had a couple small issues and reached out to the host. She addressed them quickly and we were very happy.

The perfect house for a summer beach vacation! Clean and updated, all the comforts of home, great location! Host is easily accessible and so very nice! Our family of 4 plus a friend of each of our children could not have found a better place to stay...we will be coming back!

EXACTLY what we needed!

We had a wonderful time at the Shell Shack! We needed a beach vacation that offered a relaxing space, but wasn't too far from the convenience of restaurants and grocery stores. The Shell Shack was a perfect fit for our family of 4! The walk to the beach was easy, the setting with the pond in the back was peaceful and rejuvenating. The spices in the kitchen are very well stocked, so when we cooked, it was easy! Our kids loved watching the turtles and fish in the pond, and genuinely wanted to stay forever. Andrea is very helpful and accommodating, and we would be happy to stay at the Shell Shack again when we come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and decorated very cute. We LOVED the sectional- super comfy and it fit all 5 of us for movie night :-) Very peaceful and quiet community. 5 min walk to beach. Beach chairs and wagon were convenient. Responsive host. Would definitely rent again!

Beach trip

We had a great stay. The property was very nice and clean. We waited through the storm and got to have 3 days in the sun. Where it rained we spent most of the time in the house and we had a great time.

Wonderful home!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Shell Shack! It was very clean, updated and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the family room very comfortable. The back deck was lovely overlooking the lagoon. We loved how the home was only a short walk to the neighborhood pool as well as the beach. We appreciated the owner’s great communication. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home where we made lasting family memories during the week we were there!

Will be coming back to the Shell Shack!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Shell Shack. The property is very close to the beach and the back deck was awesome for relaxing and looking at the turtles in the lagoon. Nice that the property also includes access to a pool. House was clean and host communicated clearly and responded to questions very fast. We hope to be able to stay at Andrea’s place again! Highly recommend.
