Beautiful beach home. Pics are a little old because deck is brand new! Tons of decking space and lower space for families and get togethers. First home on the corner of Wilmington and 2nd street. 5 minute walk to Restaurants and park. 3 minute walk to the public beach access. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the third story deck, and the peacefulness of Ocean Isle. You won't want to leave!

Needs Love

After some miscommunication regarding check-in we had a very enjoyable week. The property has a great layout and easy access to the beach. However the property is in need of some love; the deck railing needs repair, porch furniture could could stand some repairing or updating, some plumping needs to be updated, the carpet could stand a good deep cleaning and fresh paint on the walls. The kitchen was very well stocked. All in all we had a great vacation and the price was fair.

Owner is very quick with response . House is in a great location and having a bathroom for each bedroom was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again

OCEANISLE BEACH AMAZING

We realy had a great time in this great town. Tom's House was perfect for our gathering we truly enjoy the space, the younger crew truly found the balconies perfect to hang out. The Kayaks were a great bonus to them. The location is perfect literally 3 min walk to the beach access. So many options to eat and hang out within minutes of the house. Thanks Tom, we will defintely come back!

My mom, "BB" and my dad have been bringing me and my sister down to Ocean Isle for 37 Years and we are lucky enough to have a place to call this home from time to time. BB loved the beach. She is no longer here with us but this home will hopefully bring a lot of people some great memories as it did for us over the years.

Why they chose this property

Beautiful sunsets. Close to all the main attractions of the island. Minutes walk to beach, restaurants, stores, etc. Right on the canal. Lots of people watching being right on second street. Throw a crab pot in the canal with a chicken neck and see what you get!
