Apartment at the foot of the slopes, in the quiet area of Falaise facing south east with unobstructed view of the area, near the parking (station without car) and the ESF (ESF meeting 100m), all shops (restaurants, supermarket , ski rentals ...) at the bottom of the residence. It is duplex (4th and 5th floors) composed of a living room with kitchen area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs. On the 1st level, large entrance hall fitted with cupboards, living room and kitchen area with dishwasher, kettle, filter and Nespresso coffeemakers, toaster, microwave and oven, raclette machine. the living room has a "rapido" type sofa offering sleeping for 2 people in 140. On this level also a bathroom and a separate toilet. Large south facing balcony with open views of the estate. Upstairs a landing with cupboards serving: - 2 bedrooms (one with a 140 bed that can accommodate a baby bed and the other composed of 2 bunk beds), - a bathroom with shower and toilet.
TV and free WIFI, board games Large secure ski room on the ground floor Possibility of cleaning and rental of linen and beds made on arrival. In the hall of the building there is a ticket sales counter as well as an ESF office.

La qualité du canapé lit dans le salon est très moyenne.Nous avions 2 couettes 1 personne pource même canapé. Il n'y avait ni sel ni liquide rinçage dans le lave-vaisselle. Sur 3 poêles seules 1 est à induction. Sinon appartement très biebien situé et très agréable.

Madame, je suis désolée pour ces contrariétés. L'appartement est gérée par une conciergerie dont vous aviez les coordonnées et qui aurait pu régler de suite les soucis que vous avez eu au niveau de la couette, des produits de lave-vaisselle ainsi que les poêles dont nous ignorions qu'elle n'allaient pas sur la plaque induction qui a été changée quand la cuisine a été refaite il y a quelques mois. Nous sommes attachés au confort de nos clients et si les remontés ne se font pas en direct avec les loueurs nous ne pouvons pas corriger ce qui ne va pas. En espérant qu'en dehors de cela vous avez passé un agréable séjour à Avoriaz.
Appartement agréable pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Bien situé.
3 points négatifs : pas de rallonge donc impossibilité d'utiliser les appareils divers : raclette, cafetière, grille pain... Balcon inutilisable car non déneigé (plus de 1,5m de neige sur le balcon !) alors qu'il faisait grand soleil. Très mauvaise connexion WIFI.

Bonjour
Rallonge : il y a une rallonge multiprises branchée au four situé sur au dessus du réfrigérateur que vous auriez pu utiliser. Cependant nous avons fait une raclette la semaine dernière sans avoir besoin de rallonge puisqu'il y a une prise sur le mur au pied de la table.
Balcon enneigé : je comprends que cela soit un problème quand il fait beau mais ce sont les inconvénients de la haute montagne. J'ai mis depuis une pelle à déneiger dans l'appartement à disposition des locataires.
Le wifi : la copropriété de la résidence en train d'installer la fibre ce qui va améliorer les liaisons internet souvent compliquées à certains moments dans la station.
J'espère que ces petites choses n'ont pas gâchées vos vacances enneigées.
