About this property

Pretty detached villa in a pleasant setting in the heart of the Cèze Valley between Goudargues, the little slate Venice and La Roque sur Cèze and its Sautadet Waterfalls.
Close to all amenities, ideal for green and sport tourism, including canoeing down the Cèze, hiking, mountain biking, etc.

Many tourist sites and interests and less than an hour's drive such as the Avignon Festival in July, the Pont du Gard site, Uzès and its large weekly market on Saturdays, Nimes and its Roman remains, the Ardèche and its caves.

A louer les yeux fermés

Logement conforme à l'annonce. Environnement calme. Pièce de vie agréable et bien équipée. Literie au top. Tout le confort comme chez soi. Climatisation appréciable sur les deux niveaux surtout au moment des fortes chaleurs. La piscine est entretenue et chauffée. Les extérieurs sont pensés pour les vacances (ombre, famille, coins détente..). Pour ceux qui aiment visiter, maison située au cœur d'une région où les activités ne manquent pas (canoë, marchés, plus beaux villages de France...). Et pour finir, la propriétaire des lieux est très disponible et de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons.
