The cottage is in an unique position and especially convenient for families, in the village center, on the sea.
It is situated in a large garden with pine trees of a villa of the early '900.
It has an outdoor terrace, a small pine forest, fenced and autonomous, and it has its own pedestrian gate leading directly to the promenade of Marina di Campo, in front of bath house 'Il Capriccio', in the village center.
Crossed the promenade, you come directly to the large sandy beach - the largest of the island - that just in front of the cottage offers both equipped and free spaces.
It consists of bedroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette, two bathrooms (with shower box).
The kitchenette is equipped with 4 gas burners, fridge with freezer, washing machine, microwave oven.
It's furnished with great care with parquet floor, wicker furniture, pleasant tapestries.
It's cool and windy, given its location on the sea, and it is also equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioning.
It's bright: all rooms have large windows.
All services (bars, restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, beach) are within easy walking distance, so you don't need to use the car.

Because of its location in the pedestrian area, the cottage can not offer private parking, but free public parking spaces are available 100 meters away or paid private parkings are available about 400 meters away..

After each check out , the cottage is cleaned and sterilized.
