Located in a private and quiet residence. Only 10-15 minutes walk from the beaches, the city center and the Croisette and 15-20 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals. Very close to all shops.
Independent studio behind a large pretty Mediterranean garden with 2 large 1000 year old pines, eucalyptus and palm trees.
A bedroom with double bed and a living room with sofa and equipped kitchen, accommodating 4 people maximum. Terrace, SAT-TV (Astra and Hotbird), air conditioning and heating, WIFI.
