Complex has 2 pools, brand new tennis court with pickleball!, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, playscape and picnic areas for your bbq needs!

Senior citizens closing out and selling their house of 35 years needed a break from the stress.

Nice! Take this as constructive criticism but someone needed to oversee housekeeping, place was quite dusty. I took pictures to prove to you if needed that the lamps in the bedroom and nightstands were dusty. Your metal art, precious but dusty! Kitchen cabinets need an overall cleaning. Someone doesn’t take pride and in their work and making you’ll lose ok bad. The place was healing for us.

Condo lacks maintenance, outdoor space great

The condo was just like the last reviews have shown. The condo was musty as it had been shut up and filters not changed. The air conditioner needs a tune up and doesn’t work properly. Two sinks were not working and a tub didn’t drain. The property manager was in contact and fixed these two items. Screens on sliding doors were not working properly. Things that are all expected to work when you arrive - routine maintenance stuff. The condo set up was nice and we were able to prepare many family meals in the condo. Complex was nice with short walk to beach, pool and tennis courts.

Great location

Some friends and I stayed 2 nights for my birthday. Check in was pretty smooth. Great location. The Vonda was nice. There was a very distinct mild smell. I know it’s near the beach but this was mold. That was only bad part besides check out being 10am which is pretty early and we didn’t know until after we booked.
