Our aim is to provide a memorable experience in one of the most beautiful places in Italy: the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines.

Sehr schönes, eingezäuntes Grundstück und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Naturlandschaft in der Umgebung ist sehr vielfältig und bergig. Küche, Bad und Eßbereich des halben Ferienhauses müssen unbedingt, flächenweise neu verputzt werden.Es gibt einen dunklen, feuchten Wohn-und Eßbereich. Eine sehr steile Treppe führt in den 1. Stock, teilweise direkt in ein Zimmer.Im 1. Stock sind 2 Schlafräume und ein Bad (mit sehr enger Dusche) stilvoll (um 1900) eingerichtet.In allen Fenstern und der Eingangstür befinden sich Insektenschutz-Rollos und die Fensterläden haben schöne, "" ";verstellbare Lamellen. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich hinter der Kirche. Diese besitzt ein wundervolles Glockenspiel, das mehrfach am Tag zu hören ist. Einen konkreten Parkplatz gibt es nicht. Das Auto muß außer Sichtweite, an der Kirche, auf einem Berg, auf - bzw. ab-steigend, geparkt werden. Bologna, Pisa, Florenz können jeweils nach 1, 5 , Stunden Fahrzeitbesucht werden. Es gibt Seen, Wasserfälle und Berge zu erkunden.

Hallo, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Die Verputzarbeiten an einigen kleineren Bereichen der Küche und des Badezimmers sind für Ende des Monats geplant; vorher war dies nicht möglich. Wie Sie den Fotos entnehmen können, hat die Dusche Standardgröße; bisher hat sich kein Gast über die Größe beschwert. Der Parkplatz befindet sich aufgrund seiner kompakten Größe direkt vor dem Hauseingang. Sollten Sie jedoch, wie in Ihrem Fall, einen Pickup-Truck besitzen, ist der Platz dort nicht ausreichend, und der große Parkplatz der Kirche, einige hundert Meter entfernt, ist die einzige Alternative.

Van alle gemakken voorzien, schoon, zorgzame verhuurder, goed gesitueerde locatie, Porretta met winkels en uitstekende restaurants, station op 8 autominuten. Grote tuin, rust.

Relaxing stay in a large and quiet house

I went in this house with my wife and my daughter. It's fully furnished, exactly what we were looking for, a quiet and relaxing holiday home where to stay. The garden is very big and the area offers a lot of attractions: castles, lakes, mountain and good food! Exactly in the middle between Bologna and Florence....we'll come back next year

Una piacevole sorpresa!

Ho soggiornato presso la struttura con il mio compagno e mia figlia di 12 anni a settembre dello scorso anno. La casa si presenta come nella descrizione, molto pulita, ed i proprietari sono molto gentili e cordiali. Il grande giardino è ottimo per rilassarsi, ha una piacevole vista monti ed è stato particolarmente apprezzato da mia figlia. Il tutto è sicuramente consigliato. La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla ma centrale per quanto riguarda le attrazioni del posto, ossia le vicine terme romane a 2 km, il parco dei laghi ed i castelli nella zona. I ristoranti del posto rispecchiano poi la fama della cucina locale, ossia la tradizione bolognese/toscana. Torneremo sicuramente, e ne approfitteremo per vedere ciò che questa volta non siamo riusciti a fare, ossia il Corno alle Scale (quasi 2000 m) e Pistoia, Firenze e Bologna, raggiungibili con il caratteristico treno alla stazione del paese.
