Large charming apartment in Fanano (MO) in the mountainous ski resort of Monte Cimone.
Furnished and equipped: entrance hall, dining room with kitchen, living room with terrace, 2 double bedrooms, corridor, bathroom with tub and garage.
Apartment of about 80sqm, furnished and fully equipped, bright and enriched by a large private outdoor terrace.
Comfortably sleeps up to 4 people, ideal for family-friendly weeks or romantic winter-time skiing in winter and for healthy looking walks in search of mushrooms in summer!
Guests will be able to stay comfortably and enjoy the Monte Cimone ski resorts in winter and enjoy great walks in the woods in summer.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped for meals (also complete with dishwasher), which in summer can also be enjoyed on the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with every comfort from toilets.
The LE VOLTE complex is recently located just above the village of Fanano (about 50 km from Modena and 75 km from Piacenza): "Le Volte" in Fanano is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of the Apennine Center. The building is just minutes from the village, immersed in the greenery is located along the connecting road with the lifts of the Cimone. Exposure to the sun, large windows, loggia or balconies and gardens characterize the intervention making it particularly enjoyable and functional.
