Located in quite private neighborhood of Grenelefe Park with pond and park area. New beds and appliances. Central location to Augusta, Evans and Grovetown. 3 minutes to I-20. Gas grill with screened in porch and plenty of room for everyone. Great for large groups and extra bed can be added if needed.

The house was bigger than it appeared in the pictures and even better than expected. Clean, Classy and just a very nice space - would definitely recommend this property to others and the owner was pleasant and very easy to work with throughout.

Excellent Family Spot

Property was great, we ranged from 3 to almost 93 in age and everyone enjoyed the property. Connection with the owner was timely and exceptional. Everything needed was there…property is well stocked with dishes and appliances. Made for a great Thanksgiving location.
