In addition to 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this home features a sunny, well-appointed kitchen, comfy living room, den with pull-out sofa and welcoming dining area. Top-notch guest service guaranteed!

Please note that this property is the main level of a house. There is an upstairs apartment with permanent tenants with a private entrance. There is no access between the upstairs and downstairs. There is parking for three cars for this home.

Beautiful, well maintained, older home. Great stay in a good location close to everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate and went out of her way to solve a parking situation we had. We’ll definitely be staying there again for our event next year.

Lovely old house

We visited for a family wedding and it was nice to stay in one house. Beds were comfortable, furnishings and decorations were charming. Bathrooms are quite small, other than the main one, and electrical outlets need to be updated. Water tastes terrible, so a filter or pitcher in fridge would be recommended; we ended up buying a few gallons of water.

Beds are Awful

The place was very cute and well decorated. Plenty of supplies, clean. The beds, however, were the worst beds we have ever slept on. Firm is one thing, these were outright hard. We were told the twin beds were fine, but the king we slept in and the queen our friends had were too hard to be able to sleep much.

Great stay!

There were a few minor things we did not like, but overall it was a great stay! The property was clean and very nice! The beds were not soft at all, so just keep that in mind. The bathrooms were all pretty small too. Plenty of space otherwise! Parts of the near by neighborhood are kind of shady but not bad. There is also lots of traffic at all hours, but it didn't keep us awake. We loved it, our toddler loved it, and we had a great time!

Very clean, perfect for family gathering. Nice having Sun room...perfect for an extra bedroom...Sunroom bathroom was a little tight.

Family Thanksgiving

3 nights to celebrate Thanksgiving with family who reside in Johnson City. The house is wonderful and very clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Only concern is that it’s located on the corner of a busy street, which I didn’t realize when booking. Other than the expected traffic noise, it was very quiet. Would stay here again.

Christmas 2024 in Johnson City

We traveled to Johnson City from Savannah Georgia to celebrate Christmas. The home was exactly as described and was decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch. I was easily able to entertain a family of five for the holidays. We would definitely stay again. Cheers!

Great location for a short weekend stay

Great house and location for a family of 4 adult aged people to stay at for a brief weekend visit. Extra parking places were greatly appreciated. And the next door neighbor’s flower garden was beautiful!

Family visit for a Memorial Service

Very nice property. Enjoyed the large living room as we had other family members stop by and visit. Everything was clean and comfortable and the location was great for everything we needed. Many restaurants nearby.

Great property

The house was very clean and wonderfully decorated. It was perfect for multiple families coming together for graduation and was close enough to downtown area to walk. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others.

Home away from home

Great house to stay in while in the area. It is close enough to downtown and has all the amenities you want when you are traveling for work and away from your home for long periods of time. Highly recommend

My family and I loved this home! We will def be staying again while in Tennessee. Location is perfect 10-15 minutes from shopping stores mall and restaurants! And best part only 8 minutes from our families who live in Tennessee! Highly recommended! And Sherry was only a text away.
