House was in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Loved sitting on the deck watching the goats, horses and chickens next door. House was clean and comfortable. Towels were luxurious! Kitchen was well-stocked. Nice location; close to everything. Communication was our host was exceptional. Great wi-fi and desk & chair for our laptop use. We had a really nice time here and will return if we are in the area.

We had a wonderful month-long stay. Beautiful house, lovely setting, perfect location. Our dog loved it too. The bed was super comfortable. Nice bedding and towels. The best-equipped kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental property. Even had an Instant Pot! Would definitely stay here again. Charo and Mike were awesome hosts!

Very nice home close to Johnson City, yet out in a country setting. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the neighbors animals. Plenty of room in the house for two couples, and we cooked several meals and had what we needed. A few spices, coffee , and vegetable oil was in the cupboard . Several ice cube trays were in the freezer so we could keep our waters cold. Good size dining table for meals and game playing. Beds were comfortable and showers were awesome. We would stay here again when in the area.

The Hillside Hideaway was exactly what we hoped for: clean, comfortable, quiet, close to shopping and restaurants and a safe environment for our nine-year old pup Lucy. We stayed four nights during a mild weather period, and we made the most of the trails and parks in the area. My husband and I are in our seventies -- we live an hour way from Johnson City and we enjoy mini-vacations that don't require long-distance travel. This spot was perfect for us!

Feels like home

Our stay was great. The home is extremely clean and decorated so nicely. It also has everything you need for your stay. And the view was amazing. It’s close to town but you have a country view. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Johnson City.
