Fitness, sport or relaxation: the Val Thorens Sports Center offers many activities in a covered area of over 7,500m², open 7 days a week from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. non-stop.
4 ranges for you: athletic (body aches, recovery, etc.), silhouette (a body to firm up, tone up, etc.), relax (stress, fatigue, etc.), fitness and energy (loss of vitality, muscle tension, etc.).
