Great place! Would definitely recommend. Everything clean & comfortable. Just need some cushions for the outdoor seating.

Condo needs work
For the amount of money that is charged the condo needs to be updated. When we got there I had to plunge the downstairs bathroom sink and pulled up mounds of sand. Both the upstairs and downstairs bath tub faucets leaked like crazy. The plunger for the downstairs tub was stuck I had to take it apart to fix it. The sheets on one of the twin beds were dirty, when I talked to the property manager they just said they were sorry and didn't offer to fix it.

Great view and layout
Wonderful place to ring in the New Year. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate we loved the view, layout and proximity to the beach. We saw tons of dolphins and had a wonderful time. Thank you so much!

Nice condo. The beds was comfy.
Garbage disposal was nasty & smelling with gnats flying around it. Carpet could be cleaned but other than that it was nice

Beach Club 341 villa
The condo is out dated - kitchen is not equipped well - mattresses are terrible - very small TVs - the washing machine is gross - either clean the mold or replace it. The parking is not guaranteed - showed up on Thanksgiving with no where to park! Conflicting messages from Vacasa emails vs texts vs app.
This was a great place for our annual beach trip! It’s very open and bright and a Lo t of space for little ones to play and run around. Some nice updates have been done to the bathrooms and kitchen. The property managers were very responsive to a couple small issues we had. My only complaint is that some of the outlets don’t work. Unfortunately this includes the ones by the vanities so made it a little difficult getting ready. Also would be nice if the downstairs bedrooms had ceiling fans. But, It had great proximity to the beach and access to the Clubhouse. We are overall very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Be prepared
Think of an old family cottage where everything is from yard sales and second hand shops. That is what you get at this rental. Bring anything you think you will need from food storage containers to tinfoil. Thankfully, we brought our foam mattress topper or our backs would never have survived the month. I donated a pizza pan and decent skillet so my food stopped burning in the Dollar store pan and I did not burn myself trying to get a pizza out of the oven! The furniture is uncomfortable to sit in as the cushions are old and thin. Zillions of mismatched plates and 4 bowls. It looks like the whole place was furnished through yard sales and second hand shops. If you are looking for comfort keep looking as this house is not it.
Enjoyed our time as a family and how close we were to water.

Great location and value
Overall, the stay was very enjoyable. Had some minor issues at the beginning of the trip and VACASA did a great job of resolving. Easy walk to the beach. Amenities card gave access to both pools which was great! Only critique I have was that there were no potholders or washcloths in the kitchen. Kitchen was well stocked other than that
We enjoyed having 3 bathrooms and the location was easy to access the beach. The kitchen had all of the cooking tools we needed and having laundry machine was handy, except that the rubber seal on the washing machine was covered in mildew. Despite that, we loved our stay and the view of the estuary.
This is our second year staying at this property and everything was great! We had a couple of minor issues last year which they did address and were fixed when we returned this year. The management team is very responsive. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of bath towels. The mattresses aren’t the most comfortable but they’re ok for a vacation. Everything else is great! Location is great and the area is very nice. We plan on going back again!
Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay in Villa. It was clean and is tastefully decorated in a beach and nautical them. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessary tools and the separate bar area is a nice addition. Beach access is very convenient with gorgeous view of the river. Nice outside area with tables and chairs. Yes, the villa has some age, but we all do with time. We would highly recommend.

Great Location
Fantastic location on the beach. The property is dated and needs some updating. The bathrooms are tight and tired. This could be a terrific property if it was reconfigured and updated.

Nice beach location
We really enjoyed the location and the property. Great quiet place to relax and enjoy the coast. The beach access was right outside. We had a view of the beach and ocean when standing up. Seated, the myrtles and other plants outside the deck and windows obstructed the view. We had everything we needed and all was very easy. The only factor that would be less than 5 star would be that the beds could use some updating. None of my party found their beds to be comfortable. Would return to this house for another stay despite the beds.
From the description on the website to the property itself, this place needs work.
The property does not overlook the Atlantic Ocean. It faces the Edisto River. The southern end. During high tide, you cannot walk to the ocean along the river's beach. The view is beautiful from the windows in the living area, but it is of the river. We only booked the place because the description notes it faces the ocean.
The open living room and fireplace are gorgeous. I walked over to run my hands over the facade of the fireplace wondering if it was ceramic or wood. The side of the mantel had cobwebs on it, and the top had dust and dead bugs. This property is rated high for its cleanliness. If so, I shudder to think what those on VRBO look like that are not.
I found ants around the sink in the master bathroom. No food was taken to the master bedroom. I could only surmise they liked the smell of toothpaste and came to investigate.
The mattresses need to be replaced. A guest from February 2021 noted this issue. Since I found the problems with the dust, I wondered just how clean the bedspreads were. Another guest from April 2020 noted that the inside of the dishwasher was dirty. That not all of the settings worked and didn't clean the dishes. The inside of the dishwasher door and bottom rack looked like it was covered in mold.
The outdoor furniture was covered in bird poop. I cannot say that this issue happened after the property was cleaned, but with the other problems, I doubt that was the case.
I enjoyed the quiet setting. Walking to the river, the sunsets, and the large accommodation. The couch in the living room was the only newer piece of furniture in the house. Very comfortable. The chairs were not. I appreciated the chairs had ottomans to rest my feet on after a long walk along the river bank.
The placement of the bed in the master bedroom is flawed. It is opposite the wall that has a row of windows across the top. The wall is on the east side of the house. Those windows are not tinted nor do they have automatic closing shades to close off the light at night. In the middle of the night, the moon shone right in my face waking me up. I do not get up at dawn every day, and I would never do so on vacation, but again, the light shone on my face waking me early every morning. Put the bed along the short wall of the stairs.
We will not book again, due to the incorrect information in the listing and the other issues we encountered.

Great location...interior is showing its age
Great location...quick walk to the beach. Comfortable living area. Appliances all worked well...as well as the HVAC...brrrr it was cold this week. Nice views and easy access to parking.
Everything was clean and fresh.
The carpeting is really tired and stained and really needs to be replaced -- yes it is only aesthetics but seeing stains everywhere is annoying.
Beds need to be replaced, especially the 1st floor queen.
We asked for a carbon monoxide detector to be installed and that was done the same day. (We usually travel with one after the vacation tradegies last year but forgot ours.) Staff is very responsive and helpful. I think 4 stars is a fair rating...some new carpeting and mattreses would have made it 5 stars.

The location was great! Convenient to the beach and pool. Overall, the house was nice. However, the WiFi would not work and it was essential for our family to work and do remote school. We spent two days connecting with the local Vacasa team and eventually Comcast to get a new cable box installed. The customer service was good on both sides, but stressful for our family. Other than that glitch, the property was nice and fairly stocked. I would recommend a gas grill onsite. Also, the linens were not consistent. We did not have pillow cases for all bed pillows (which we did not use). I also would have brought my own toilet paper, tissues and paper towels had we known this would not be adequately supplied for the week. Usually this is provided, but not the case during Covid 19. We had 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels and no tissues for the week ( for 5 people. The local grocery had NONE of these paper products until mid week due to supply chain issues. Keep this in mind when traveling! Bring your own!

Lovely home with a quick walk to the beach
The living room is bright and sunny with a lovely view. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Our only disappointment was the internet connection.
The house was wonderful and relaxing. There was no umbrella on the patio and vary little to no torlett paper left by the cleaning crew ,but vary clean when we arrived. Great views of the water and sun sets. Besides the little things, definitely would stay again.
