 - cleaning cost to be added on the rent : 65 € - if the apartment is left in an incorrect state, then an extra charge of € 100 will be retained on deposit)
 - the supply of sheets and household linen. On request a kit can be supply (35€). Reminder: it is forbidden to use beds without sheets and without pillowcases

The customer undertakes to respect and to make respect by the people occupying the apartment, the rules of the condominium

A deposit of 1000 € will be requested from the tenant.
We will deduct from the deposit any breakage or possible deteriorations as well as the end of stay cleaning costs if the apartment has not been left in a correct condition
If the security deposit proves to be insufficient, the lessee undertakes to perfect the sum.
