Agua Brava is a secure gated complex of only 22 apartments which are all set within beautiful gardens situated around the communal pool in the Old Town of Puerto - del - Carmen. Agua Brava complex is a 10 minute walk to the harbour where there are many restaurants and bars and a 15 minute walk to the main beach and seafront shops.Inside the apartment we have wifi, satellite tv, dvd, hifi, safe and modern kitchen with lounge and dining area leading onto the terrace.Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and furnished to the highest standard. The bathroom has modern fittings with a shower over the bath.

7B Aqua Brava

Lovely quiet apartment, fairly well equipped. The balcony only gets minimal sun in the afternoon. The pool area is very quiet and very clean. Always sun beds available.. My Communication with Charles was good. The apartments decor was a little tired and could do with a lick of paint, including the bedroom furniture. The fans didn't work properly. The beds were comfortable and towels plentiful, including beach towels which is a nice touch. Shame there wasn't much toilet roll. There were also a couple of sun umbrellas which were good for the days that were very hot.. Think the cleaner must have left her glasses at home, as the cleaning left a little bit to be desired. There was residue from previous clients(E.g bits of popcorn and cornflakes which blew out from underneath the settee, hairs in several places. Dirty tiles in the bathroom and limescale around the taps. All light switches door/draw knobs needed a good clean) A layer of dust on kitchen equipment along with smears on the microwave and TV. Kitchen cubed handles and surrounds covers in sticky finger prints. I did a few hours cleaning when I arrived just to make us feel comfortable, but I was on holiday so was not prepared to do a deep clean. There were a number of light bulbs that didn't function, including the bathroom wall and outside light. Once I had cleaned we settled in nicely. It would have been a nice gesture for there to be a bottle of water, some milk and perhaps bottle of wine on arrival which is what we are used to in most of the accommodation we rent both home and abroad.
