Possibility of providing an additional bed for a child for a supplement of €50 during end-of-year holidays, €30/night during winter holidays in February/March, and €22/night for the rest of the year.

To note:

-Deposit to be paid upon receipt of the booking contract and balance no later than 30 days before the stay (ANCV cheques accepted except in case of booking via Airbnb).

-Consult us for cancellation conditions, possibility of taking out cancellation insurance

-A security deposit of 2500 euros (cheque not cashed) is required upon entry into the premises and returned at the end of the stay following the inventory.

-An end-of-stay cleaning fee, to be paid upon arrival, of 260 euros and 300 euros for the end-of-year holidays.

-Tourist tax, to be paid upon arrival, of 5% of the stay amount (capped at 4€ / night / adult), except in case of booking via Airbnb (tourist tax added to payment on the site)
