Quality villa for the discerning guest this 5 bed 4.5 bath property is HUGE at over 3400 square feet and is located on a prime south east facing (all day sun) plot with a large fenced in back yard with the benefit of a fully secure privacy fence around the perimeter.

Located just 15-20 minutes from the main gate of Walt Disney World this villa has the perfect location. It is also just 20 minutes from Sea world and 25 minutes from the Universal theme parks. If you want to go to the beaches either coast is just over an hour drive.

This 5 bed 4.5 bathroom (3 en-suites) villa is in a great location, with the benefit of a south facing pool, spa and sundeck and one of the largest master bedrooms to be found in a 5-bed house along with a luxury four-poster bed, large 32" flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom. The home also has a fully carpeted and air conditioned games room with full size pool table, table football, darts, a bar that converts into a casino, and a 100 channel 32" TV. The home is furnished to the highest standard with plenty of in-house entertainment.

Upstairs is a family room/loft with 32" HD Smart TV, DVD & electric piano, and casual seating for 10. There is also a desk with free WiFi for those who need to keep in touch.

The South facing pool and spa gets the sun all day has a huge private fenced yard. The pool area also has a cabana so when nature calls there is no need to be going through the house. At night the pool comes to life with a color changing fibre optic light display.

Finally for the little ones in your party a complimentary baby package is provided comprising of crib, high chair and baby monitor.

Pool and Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April. If required it is £180 per week for both. There is an accidental damage waiver of £49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Any bookings less than 7 nights will incur an end of let clean fee of £130.

Nice place

This was a nice house and suited our large family well. The interior of the house was clean. The thing that could have made it better was that the pool was very dirty when we arrived. I took pictures and messaged the property manager right away. They were quick to respond and assured me that they would have someone out as soon as possible. Well, 5 days later someone came and cleaned it…near the end of our stay. That was disappointing. Overall, the house was nice.

Could be better

I don’t want this to seem like a complete bad critique, so I’ll begin with the positive. The home was clean and the host was professional with all correspondence. The location… I’m not sure if it where in the middle you stay but I’ve stayed in house that it’s equally convenient to both parks. This was convenient to Disney. But quite a distance to Universal. The house.. the hot tub took 2 hours heat properly so jumping at the end of a long park day was not an option. We reached out to the number of the property manager a few times for these kind of things and only got a response once. The house was very much in need of an update everywhere. So it didn’t feel like it looked like in the pictures. No 1/2 bathroom downstairs, not a huge deal but when everyone is hanging out downstairs it make things difficult. The game room looked like a storage area. It was difficult to play a game in there without hitting random things like bags of Christmas decorations. Last, the payment is in euros.. although it’s quoted in USD it’s tough to see that you are actually paying what it says you’re paying if you aren’t great at $ conversions.

Good house for a big Family. Great location

We had a good stay in a really nice house. All is like it is described and worked really good for at large family as ours with 10 persons. We have Not any negative things to say. Good location near Disney parks , under 30 minutes. but still in a calm place.. Great pool and nice rooms. Thank you Nick for our stay in your house. I felt safe alle the way from booking, till we was leaving.The litlle communication we had with Nick or the maintenence team was always clear and fast without any issues at all. If ever coming back, we would rent from Nick without worries anytime

Disney Holiday Home

Large, comfortable house in good location for all Disney world. Plus plenty of restaurants of varying levels nearby. An excellent Publix store which enabled us to shop for home cooking and snacks. Plus Orlando only 45m - 1 hour away. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet back garden. We even found a sports bar to watch American Football live! The only problem is traffic which is common across the region wherever you stay.

Spacious Property

Pros: The house was very spacious. Convenient location to local attractions. Owner communication was quick and helpful. Cons: kitchen not stocked well. Neighborhood is very congested.
