Relaxation in nature in entire totally isolated and independent Villa with swimming pool

Villa Scalco is an old 17th century stone building that we have completely renovated recently with a right mix of ancient and modern. It has 8 double rooms all with their own bathroom and Jacuzzi and can accommodate up to 16 people. Located in an isolated and dominant position over the entire valley, the Villa is completely immersed in the greenery and silence of nature and is the ideal place for those who want to relax and regenerate away from the noise and frenzy of everyday life. The new infinity pool with whirlpool, cervical waterfall and infinity edge will make your stay even more pleasant.

Check-in from 4.00 P. M. Check-out 10.00 A.M

The cost of rent does not include the cost of electricity and gas which will be paid on the day of departure based on actual consumption and the tourist tax of 0.70 euros per day per person over 13 years.

Animals are not allowed.

Villa Scalco does not provide sheets and towels that must be brought by guests.

Graduation parties, birthdays, celebrations and weddings are not allowed.

The cost of the rent includes water, final cleaning, internet wifi, parking and all the other facilities of the villa.

Wonderful villa with everything you need and more

The villa looks exactly as beautiful as in the pictures and videos...there are no surprises. Cristóforo, the host, took the time to explain every detail of the house and the kitchen and was always available when there was a question. Clean rooms, wonderful pool, beautiful garden and the scenery with the castle next door made the stay even more perfect. If possible, we will return !!!

The best Family reunion ever!

From the beginning of booking, when the host always responded to my questions, to when we were warmly greeted upon our arrival, to this BEAUTIFUL home with many gathering places for our family, to a fabulous well equipped kitchen, to suggestions for restaurants and sites, we were absolutely thrilled with this home and location. We hiked the mountains and valleys in the Dolomites, and toured towns such as Verona and Trento and Bassano del Grappa. We had a fun meal in a private home in Trento-and the hosts there was good friends of our home host! Truly, this was the best trip ever and we highly recommend this home!!!

Beautiful Place

Typical Italian House, beautifully located between vineyards, mountains, perfect view swimming in the large infinity pool. 3 nice group meeting points with tables for 16 and more people in the dining room, outside protected from the rain with a barbecue and another one in the cellar. You cannot disturb anyone in the middle of nowhere. A little supermarket and a wine cellar (for tastings) in 5 min by foot down in a small village. All in alle perfect stay for large friend groups.

Top location, absolutly recommendable!

The Villa, the view and the garden is absolutly stunning and we - four kids under 5, five adults and a dog - liked it a lot! Perfect for a big family! Good to know: In FeWo the Villa is offered without towels, but actually there are some for the pool, which is great. If we would have known in advance, the car would have been less packed. As other mentioned before there is a caretaker coming regularly, also another women. We were informed before, however we would recommend max. one visit a day at a agreed time with the guests staying in the house.

Die Lage und das Anwesen sind herausragend !Check in und Check out mit den Eigentümern Christophero und Francesca liefen korrekt und problemlos.Die Besuche des Personals zur Abholung des Mülls und Reinigung des Pools verliefen weitestgehend diskret- mit Ausnahme des Abreisetages: vereinbart ist der Check-out zu 10.00 Uhr- leider erscheint schon ab ca. 08.30 Uhr die Putzkolonne - man wird förmlich "hinausgekehrt". Dies als kleiner Kritikpunkt- insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Michael & Natalia mit Familie

Wunderschöne Lage

Die Villa Scalco überzeugt beim Ankommen auf den ersten Blick. Durch die daneben liegende Burg und das Gebäude selbst fühlt man sich ein bisschen wie im Märchen.Wir haben mit Freunden (11 Erwachsene) eine absolut schöne Woche dort verbracht. Erwähnen möchte ich jedoch den wirklich sehr schmalen Weg zur Villa, bei dem wir die Außenspiegel unserer Autos eingeklappt haben, um Schäden zu vermeiden. Ist aber mit üblichen Fahrzeugen machbar und man gewöhnt sich daran. Uns war aus der Beschreibung auch nicht ersichtlich, dass sowohl die Küche als auch zwei der Doppelzimmer nur aus dem Außenbereich zugänglich sind. Von der Küche zum Wohnraum gibt es einen Aufzug, um Essen, Geschirr etc. zu transportieren. Personen müssen jedoch den Außenweg nehmen. Wir haben uns gut damit arrangieren können. Bei Regen stellen wir es uns jedoch eher unangenehm vor. Die Anzahl des Besteckes fanden wir sehr knapp bemessen, der Gasherd funktionierte nicht an allen Platten, Duschen statt Jacuzzis hätten wir besser gefunden. Das sollen jedoch nur Anregungen sein. Letztendlich hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus in wunderschöner Lage und empfehlen es für eine erholsame Zeit!

Villa ist exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt. Ja, Zufahrt ist eng, aber nach dem ersten Ausflug kein Problem. Unbedingt die Weinprobe im Weingut mitmachen….sehr leckere Weine. Küche ein Traum…..wo hat man schon einen begehbaren Kühlschrank? Pool auch mega…. Der Service mit Poolreinigung, Blumengiessen und Müll mitnehmen macht den Urlaub rundum perfekt. Wer sich schon mal in einem italienischen Ferienhaus selbst darum kümmern musste, weiß was ich meine😂 Gegend wenig touristisch, schöne Wanderungen sind möglich. Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Tolles Ferienhaus in sehr schöner Landschaft

Alles ist sehr schön eingerichtet, eine wunderbare Außenanlage, viele Sitzecken im Haus und im Garten, traumhafter Pool ( ungeheizt), schöne Ausflugsziele, sehr ruhige Lage. Das letzte Stück der Anfahrt ist sehr eng aber auch mit Geschick mit 9-Sitzer ohne Schrammen zu schaffen.
