OUR PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA (BETWEEN FORT LAUDERDALE AND WEST PALM BEACH) – 25-35 min driving distance from Ft Lauderdale or WP beach airport off I95. minutes from golf courses in the area, shopping, downtown, beach, etc.
3 BEDROOM – BUNGALOW, WITH POOL – IN A GATED COMMUNITY.
NEW clubhouse (2022) includes pickleball/tennis/bocce/basketball/3 pools/children's covered playground and private pool, hot tub, beautiful restaurant, gym, games rooms, etc.
NOTE: will only consider a minimum 3mth rental during winter season (Jan-Mar)
Very safe, clean home - Includes free access to top notch tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, fitness centre, large heated pools, hot tub, and NEW Polo trace club house 2020.
