The tropical outdoor space is perfect for barbequing, relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying the warmth of the beautiful Florida sunshine. A beautiful getaway where pets are welcome. The pool house, tiki hut, pool and fenced in yard are not shared and for your enjoyment only during your stay.
Located in Boynton Beach, FL. just minutes away from the beautiful white sand beaches of Florida's Southeast coast, waterfront dining, live music, diving/fishing charters and shopping to keep you occupied all day and night. Just a short drive to Delray and West Palm Beach's quaint yet elegant boutiques and restaurants as well as the Palm Beach Outlets, Palm Beach Zoo and Lion Country Safari.
Our property backs up to High Ridge Scrub Natural Preserve Trail with a private entrance at the end of our street.

The outdoor space makes this a very special and tranquil rental. We never felt that we were in someones backyard. We felt that we had our own private resort without the chatter of people or fighting for chairs. It was just what we needed!The bed was comfortable and our teen son slept on the pull-out with no complaints. Ample supplies in the kitchen and lots of extra towels & blankets.If you are a runner this rental offers easy access to trails and the nature preserve was super convenient.

James was a wonderful host. His property was just beautiful in so many ways. My dogs had free roam of his fenced in yard and they loved it. He was good to us in every way I highly recommend and I will be back.

I had to go stay at my house I’m flippping to sleep. It got up to 81 degrees and that’s me covering everything . I told the owner he brought a fan that helped and he said it might need a new air conditioner OBVIOUSLY! It would’ve taken five minutes for him to switch out the air-conditioning. He decided not to. I didn’t even stay there my last night. It was too miserable. I couldn’t breathe. You definitely could not get ready in the bathroom if you were going out because you would be saturated and sweat before you ever left disappointing no oven to bake .

I’m sorry you had issues with the air conditioner. When I walked in it was 73° and I think outside it was about 100 with the heat index I walked in the next morning. It was 64° in the unit. There’s nothing wrong with the air conditioning And to be quite honest I wasn’t happy with the mess you left me with stained towels, broken blinds the refrigerator was a mess very little respect for my property. I think people will figure out that it might be you considering all my other guests have left five stars.

Wonderful place

Our second time to stay here and will definitely be back! James is an amazing host and keeps the place so nice. It is just such a relaxing place we usually just sit around the pool all day!

Just left the place and we already want to go back. This place is amazing. Everything is done so you can fully enjoy your stay. Every little detail is thought through! Jim was very accommodating and super friendly. Overall experience is 100% satisfaction. Also, if you’re looking for an amazing breakfast place, try Sinful Crepes nearby. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful little haven

Enjoyed my stay at this property very much. It's everything you could want in tropical-like setting. Great place to decompress and just relax. Close enough to the airport (but not too close), stores, gas, restaurants. Highly recommended.

A perfect spot to unwind

Jim was a great host. The place far exceeded our expectations. The pool and waterfall are fantastic. The pool house is quite spacious and very well appointed. We'll definitely stay again the next time we visit the area.

Jim was a super helpful and accommodative host! The outdoor space was exactly what we were looking for, and it’s only a short drive (10-15 mins) from some great restaurants. Strongly recommend!

Perfectly Relaxing

We needed a getway and wanted a placed to just relax and unwind. We spent the whole time by the pool, and by the fire. Place was seculded and with the waterfall drowning out any sounds, felt like we were away from it all. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Property and the Best Host Ever

We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool and our dog loved the large fenced in yard. The host James treated our dog like it was his own. The property is close to everything and is beautifully landscaped. We loved it and would stay again.

Great & relaxing getaway!

This was a great place to recharge & relax. Jim and Milo are great and hospitable to the max! This guest house is secluded, private and you feel like you are on your own little island, but so close to everything you need!
