Cozy Comfy and Clean

We stayed 4 nights and were very happy with this property. We were gone doing things a lot so really just needed a place to sleep, but it was in a great location to downtown, groceries and super close to airport. Would recommend staying here.

Great location to restaurants, nightlife and grocery store as they are all walking distance. House was clean and a super little backyard. Close proximity to both Roger Dean Stadium and Cacti Park. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great property

We were in town to watch spring training for 3 days and to enjoy beach. Sandpiper Cottage was an ideal property. Very clean, well-appointed and close proximity to beach and to I-95 for easy travel back and forth to ballpark. Would highly recommend.

I drove up and thought omg what is this. I walked inside to find one of the cleanest places ive ever stayed in. This place has everything you need . Beautifully updated and fully stocked. I would absolutely recommend this as a great place to stay

Had a delightful stay at this cute bungalow in a quiet, easy to find neighborhood! Super clean! Comfortable beds, great A/C, soft towels, great shower, cutely decorated! Had everything we needed & more for our short 3 night stay! Communication with Owner was great!! Would stay again for sure!!

Great place to stay!

Perfect for the four of us. We were in town for a wedding and some sunshine. The backyard was a nice place for morning coffee and evening relaxing. We used the grill once which was nice to have and all the spices we needed were there to make delicious meals! The cottage was very clean and owner was easy to communicate with! We will stay again!

Very well appointed and clean; convenient location

The host was very easy to communicate with and the house was just as described. Very recent renovation and it had everything that you could want for a pleasant and hassle free stay. We walked to downtown restaurant area and drove to the beach. Outside dining at the house was very pleasant. The host has thought of everything and it’s a delightful little bungalow.
