villa Jardin is located in a peaceful, exclusive area, with no passing traffic and a 300m stroll to the beach, a perfect choice for families or couples. A short distance away are the mystical 'Baths of Aphrodite', Akamas bay and the untouched beauty of the Akamas National Park. The fishing village of Latchi is renowned for its excellent taverns serving fresh fish and traditional Cypriot dishes.

The private and peaceful villa is designed to a very high standard and tastefully furnished offering UK and international TV channels, with New! super fast fibre broadband and full air conditioning through out. With open concept living, lounge and a dining room, with separate fully fitted kitchen. On the first floor you have the master bedroom with en-suite and two other bedrooms offering fabulous views of the Mediterranean with the Troodos mountains in the background from all balconies.

Walk out to the patio and pool, you are surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with numerous places to relax and unwind. The 8m x 4m x 1.5m private pool with easy access Roman steps can be securely gated for young children. The LED colour changing lighting, makes for an enjoyable experience swimming at night under the stars. There is an outside shower on the large patio area with garden furniture, sun loungers, a BBQ terrace and a parabola with two tables for dining el fresco in the shade on hot summer days.

We have a helpful English couple living nearby who look after our villa, with their local knowledge of the best places to go, making your holiday more enjoyable. The pool is maintained weekly and our villa is cleaned for your arrival, together with fresh bed linen and house towels with no additional cost for Wi-fi and full air-conditioning.

The villa was clean comfortable and the area was quite we enjoyed our stay the only thing was the red ants by the pool but we find that apple cider vinger 50 50 mix with water helped keep them away and baby talc on your feet we also got resealable bags to put our snacks in the beds are very comfortable we find the villa easily to get to you do need a car to get around the supermarkets is quiet a distance away we have stayed in a lot of villas in the last 9 years we would recommend this villa thank you for letting us stay in your villa it was lovely

We enjoyed a great holiday at this lovely villa. Well equipped, with comfy beds and a single-depth pool which was enjoyed by us all. Lots of bars, restaurants and the sea shore are just a short car ride away in Latchi.

Thank you to Peter and Susan for their wonderful hosting.We had a fantastic stay as a family and really appreciated the beautiful garden aesthetic and layout of the villa. Our twins, aged 4, both loved the swimming pool and the single beds were comfortable and conveniently layed out.We hired a car, which is essential in the summer heat, but it was only a 5 min ride to the local port town of Latchi. Nice property

Very lonely place. Very clean. Great location. Close to beaches, sites and restaurants. Only downside is there seems to be a plumbing problem under the sink which creates a fairly strong musty odour.

We loved our stay at Villa Jardin. Great villa, very well equipped with a good pool and outdoor area. We enjoyed our evening stroll along the coastline into Latchi, which took us approximately 20mins. Latchi has a good selection of restaurants, tourist shops and boat hire. Fantastic holiday. Beautiful villa, superbly equipped and immaculately clean.Our only comment to others booking this lovely property is that a car is absolutely essential.. Although Latchi is only 1 to 2 kilometres away it isn't walkable.... in our opinion. Anyone staying here is in for a peaceful, relaxing holiday in lovely surroundings .

Dream Vacation

For two weeks we,family of 5, stayed at this villa .We had a rented car, so location of this villa was excelent for us. Secluded place with walking distance to the beach for early morning swim. It takes 5 min -10 min drive to reach other beaches by car or about 15min to main shops in Polis. Villa is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is fully equiped. Swimming pool is well maintained. The owner provides full information and support, if necessary.

Good sized villa with pool

The home is well kept. Tidy and clean. Had all facilities needed. Note that the air conditioning is managed by doors or windows left open and will turn off. Good energy saving function. Wifi was good but note that it is not functional upstairs. Please byo beach towels. Pool was a great relief and is maintained and cleaned twice weekly. A car is needed to get around as it’s a 20-30 min walk to Latchi town centre. Overall a comfortable stay and would recommend.

Very nice - but could have been better.

Lovely, well equipped villa and gardens. Would have been even better if it had: parasols, chairs in the bedroom, pool towels, hand towel in the kitchen, change of towels. The oven and trays were not clean. Couldn't get the TV Amazon Fire Stick to work. It wasn't obvious how to select the DVD player. The security system and safety deposit box weren't working, and the smoke alarm was missing.

Thank you for your review. We have a large parabola on the pool patio with under cover table and chairs for outside dining plus for shade the sun-loungers if needed so don't really see the need for individual parasols. The bed linen and house towels are changed mid stay ten days and over. We inform guests beforehand we don't supply pool towels. If a guests have difficulty in using any appliance such as the Amazon TV Fire Stick, in our villa, you only need to give us a call and will happily answer your questions. We had a guest who locked his wallet and passport in the safe and forgot the pass number and missed their flights so we don't advertise it being available for guests on the website. The oven and trays were clean as we were at our villa before your stay. They had grease marks embedded but those stains don't come out. We have a smoke alarm upstairs and downstairs. A previous guest removed the alarm because of the low battery bleeps, now replaced.

Comfortable and Quiet.

Our stay at Villa Jardin was generally a relaxed and comfortable unwind from everyday life. The area is a good drive from Paphos Airport, but worth it once you are there and get to know the area. Latchi is only a relatively short walk away and it will burn off the extra calories you are bound to take in when you visit the excellent tavernas and restaurants. We would recommend visiting the local villages with their tavernas as well as those in Latchi. Smiyies Tavern and Pavlaras we found to be very good and with a friendly and warm welcome. Of course when you rent any villa you never know who your neighbours will be or what they will be like. We were fortunate and the general area in which Villa Jardin is located seemed to be normally quiet and peaceful. The local beach is only a short walk away and you can walk along the coastline to the restaurants and bars in Latchi. When looking to stay in the area again we would look to see if Villa Jardin is available.

wonderful family villa in peaceful location.

Very straightforward booking again with HomeAway and also the owners. Having never visited Cyprus before it was an easy journey to the villa from our arrival at Paphos, from the car hire company to driving on the left and all the road signs being in English :) The villa is located in a secluded cul-de-sac which is very peaceful and a stroll from the nearest beach. Our favourite beach being a 5 min drive away at Aphrodite's Bath (steps down the side of the restaurant). On arrival the villa was very clean and easy to access, being spacious enough for three adults and two teenagers who appreciated the free wi-fi and TV channels. Plenty of wardrobe space and two bathrooms. Spacious balconies to sit out on and shaded seating area at the front of the house. The air-con units downstairs and in the bedrooms are also much appreciated. The external seating area is spacious with plenty of poolside space also. A very welcome shaded area and gas BBQ . Easy drive or walk along the coast to the local restaurants and bars which are all reasonably priced. Boat trips and watersports etc nearby, but we preferred to swim in the pool in the morning before heading off to the beach and returning to enjoy the evening sun again at the villa. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again to this area of Cyprus as it is unspoilt by tourism. Many thanks for a thoroughly relaxing stay.

Sehr schönes Haus mit super Service

Wir haben hier 2 Wochen Urlaub verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool gereinigt und nach einer Woche wurden sogar unsere Handtücher gewechselt. Dafür bekommt man 1x die Woche Besuch von Gärtnern und 1x von der Poolreinigung. Das Grundstück liegt in einer kleinen Villensiedlung. Je nachdem, welche Nachbarn gerade eingezogen sind, ist es sehr ruhig. Allenfalls hört man mal die Mähdrescher beim Ernten oder Gärtner in benachbarten Grundstücken bei der Arbeit. Die Villa ist bestens ausgestattet, alle technischen Geräte funktionieren, die Waschmaschine war sogar nagelneu. Es gibt in der Küche alles, was man zum Kochen und Backen benötigt, einen hervorragenden Gasgrill auf der Terrasse und wenn die Vorgänger etwas da lassen, gibt es ein bisschen Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze und Öl. Sehr geschätzt haben wir den praktischen Wasserspender. Das Haus hat ein tolles Konzept mit Fensterläden und Fliegengittern, in jedem Zimmer Ventilatoren und Klimaanlage, so dass man es auch bei Hitze gut darin aushält. Das absolute Highlight ist der Pool, abends mit farbiger Beleuchtung, der sich tagsüber wunderbar erwärmt und abends eine pure Wonne ist! Einzig zu beanstanden sind die etwas in die Jahre gekommen Auflagen der Sonnenliegen. Die Lage der Villa hat uns sehr gefallen. Man kann in 10 min zum Wasser spazieren, der Strand mit seinen kostenlosen Parkplätzen ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreicht, es gibt jede Menge kleiner Supermärkte und in Polis einen größeren. Der Strand in Latchi ist schnell unser Lieblingsstrand geworden. Der Weg zum Flughafen und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Paphos, Nikosia und Limassol ist zwar etwas weit, aber dafür ist es im Norden wesentlich ruhiger und gemütlicher. Für Leute, die den Rummel des Massentourismus nicht mögen, ist es ideal. Da nimmt man den Weg über die Berge gern in Kauf. Wir haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen und bedanken uns für den super Service!

Very nice house with great service We spent 2 weeks vacation here and felt very comfortable. The garden is very well maintained, the pool cleaned and after a week even our towels were changed. For this you get 1x a week visit from gardeners and 1x from the pool cleaning. The property is located in a small residential area. Depending on which neighbors have just moved in, it's very quiet. At best, you can hear the combine harvesters harvesting or gardeners at work in neighboring properties. The villa is well equipped, all technical devices work, the washing machine was even brand new. There is everything you need for cooking and baking in the kitchen, an excellent gas grill on the terrace and if the previous guests leave something there is some coffee, tea, spices and oil. We really appreciated the practical water dispenser. The house has a great concept with shutters and fly screens, fans in every room and air conditioning so it's comfortable to stay in even when it's hot. The absolute highlight is the pool, with colored lighting in the evenings, which warms up wonderfully during the day and is pure bliss in the evenings! The only thing to complain about is the somewhat outdated cushions on the sun loungers. We really liked the location of the villa. You can walk to the water in 10 minutes, the beach with its free parking is 5 minutes by car, there are plenty of small supermarkets and a larger one in Polis. Latchi Beach has quickly become our favorite beach. The way to the airport and the sights in Paphos, Nicosia and Limassol is a bit far, but it is much quieter and cozier in the north. It is ideal for people who don't like the hustle and bustle of mass tourism. One gladly accepts the route over the mountains. Fantastic villa

Barbara B., July/August 2019 Villa Jardin is absolute charming, located in a peaceful blind alley - a perfect place to relax and to discover the beautiful northwest of cyprus. The villa is very nice furnished and has a perfectly equipped kitchen. It’s surrounded by a stone garden with many beautiful plants. We loved the great pool as well as the outdoor seating areas and the BBQ . Also we enjoyed the wonderful view over the bay from the balcony of the villa but also the very nice beaches nearby. Beautifully relaxing environment for a stress free holiday.

The garden & pool area outside are what makes this villa a real treat. As a family with teenagers we found the pool area perfect for lounging around, reading books and surfing the internet. Plenty of outdoor seating with a large shady area for escaping the midday sun. Useful gas fuelled BBQ. House interior was clean, functional and very comfortable. Aircon & cool water dispenser were much appreciated in the 35C heat. The villa and garden is well maintained and thought out. It has everything you would require for a relaxing villa holiday. The only thing missing was an interior broom for keeping the floors crumb free and possibly a coffee machine might be a nice addition. The villa is located in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac 5mins drive from Latsi. There is a small rocky beach 5mins walk away from the villa. As a family we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this villa. Susan & Peter were very communicative & easy to deal with. Recommend 'Yannis' for lunchtime gyros and the nearby Asprokremmos beach with nesting turtle eggs - waiting to hatch. Santa Barbara Resto Beach Bar is also a nice relaxing spot to spend an afternoon. Recommend!

We are also situated next to the luxurious world renowned Anassa Hotel the hotel of choice for royalty and celebrities. Latchi and the surrounding area of Neo Chorio makes for a relaxing holiday!
