About this property
2 bedrooms in Provence
Villeneuve and its sweetness of life. It is an ideal starting point for trips to Provence and the Camargue. I will be delighted to welcome you and provide you with accommodation located on the ground floor of my house consisting of two bedrooms with double bed, a living room with a kitchenette, a private bathroom, a patio. The apartment has an independent entrance and I live on the 1st floor.
• House ideally located in a quiet street near the old village of Villeneuve les Avignon, near the Philippe Le Bel Tower, 20 mins walk from the center of Avignon (or bus stop for Avignon down the street at 300 m). Avignon central station and TGV station are 10 minutes by car.
• The plus: access to the 7.5m x 3m private outdoor swimming pool from the start of June from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. (to be shared with the owners).
• You can lounge in deckchairs under the pergola by the pool.
• Possibility to park the vehicle in the interior courtyard
• No barbecue allowed, no party
