The study features a pull-out sofa with a shared bath. All bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen televisions.
Washer and Dryer on both 1st and 2nd floors.
Basic cable and WIFI included.
Sleep capacity is 18.
Exterior features include a saltwater pool and hot tub, a gas grill, hot and cold showers, covered and screened porches, and a private boardwalk to the beach.
