This oceanfront home on the south end of Pawleys Island features six bedrooms and five bathrooms. This is the first house on the south end that fronts both the ocean and the creek. The downstairs features fresh paint, new living room furniture, an open kitchen and dining area, and plenty of views of the ocean. Bedding accommodations on the first floor 4 bedrooms are two kings and 2 queens. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with one having 2 queens and the other room, one daybed with trundle.

Loved the location

This was a great house for families!! The location was good! Plenty of space for our kids and grandkids! Washer and dryer were such a help. The only thing I was disappointed with was I thought the house came with creek access and a dock and it did not. The view online made it seem like it had a dock but the dock online was not for this house. Otherwise this was a great vacation house!!!

Lovely views

The house has wonderful views of both the ocean (very close) and the marsh. Good arrangement of bedrooms. Screened porch and decks very nice. Bathrooms functional but worn/outdated. Refrigerator was very small esp for a house for 14 and with broken shelves. A number of small things in the house—microwave door, broken chair needed attention.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Hiller Villa! It was the perfect layout for four adult couples and five small children. It is a major perk for each of the downstairs bedrooms to have their own bathroom. My only suggestion would be to keep upgrading each bedroom from a queen to a king. It would be amazing for all couples to have a king. We truly loved it all and will be back!!
