This five bedroom, oceanfront home is located in the Bird's Nest on the south end of Pawley’s Island and is perfect for your next family vacation!

Two stories featuring one bedroom on the main floor and four bedrooms on the top floor. The scenic ocean front views are sure to take you away. Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances (including TWO refrigerators) as well as a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, toaster and an air fryer. The family room has all new furniture and a new 70” TV for family movies! Swivel chairs are great for relaxing in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoying the wonderful view. The dining table easily seats 12 with a second table that will seat an additional 4. New high speed WiFi, new wash tower for your laundry needs, cable TV in the living room and two bedrooms, and central HVAC. Ground floor bedroom features a CalKing bed and a bathroom. The second floor bedrooms consist of two rooms with a CalKing bed (one of which is a master suite with a dedicated bathroom), one room with a queen and full/twin bunkbed, and one room with two queens.

Fun in the surf!

This was our first trip to Pawleys Island. Our family had a great time staying at Forehands. Lots of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We already put down a deposit for next year.

Even the porch rockers were strangely uncomfortable. Beds lumpy and the couches were sprung. The chairs at the dining table were uncomfortable also. Lots of money for a view.

Beautiful property, direct beach access, kitchen super well stocked with dishes, cooking and meal prep accessories. Beautiful decor, quality and tasteful. Everything was very clean. We loved our stay and highly recommend! FYI beach towels not provided.
