Pumpkin Hollow Tree Top Home. Great private get away home. 3 bedrooms, Two Bathrooms and one open room/common area with two twin beds. This home is on the hill side, when you are on the deck it is if you were in the trees. Conveniently located between the cities of Knoxville, Clinton and Norris TN. A real private place. Local Attractions, the City of Norris, Norris Dam, Clinch River and Norris Dam State Park. There is a lot to do, or you can do nothing too! Just as reminder that there is an extra fee for more than 4 guests. If you have questions, please ask.

Clean and functional

Booked this as our lodging while we were in Knoxville for our son’s wedding. We really only took showers and slept here. The home and decor are older but it was clean.

We had a great time here at the property. We were in town for a wedding and a visit to Dollywood. This place was perfect for that and gave us a nice quiet location to stay! Will was great with communication and accommodating our requests. Highly recommend!

Awesome Retreat

The house and Willie were awesome! Great communication and very cute and homey cabin. Only note are things that are kind of a given but really affected our group. This place is kinda far from actual Knoxville so difficult if you need to be in town. If you're going to get away its perfect. Also, its in the woods. One of my friends got bit by a tick.

An amazing piece of nature.

We were doing a lot of work in the city from 9 am til about midnight during our stay so it was amazing to retreat into nature. The sunrises were insane and the cabin so peaceful at night. I saw the most gorgeous green moth and deer walked straight up to us at the burn pit. 10/10 amazing comfortably place to stay. Owner was very polite and easy to communicate with.

Exactly what we needed!

We rented this home for our adult son and his family (total of 4) for the Thanksgiving weekend because we were out of room in our home. It was exactly what we were looking for - comfortable, clean and close to us in Clinton. We only used it for sleeping and bathing, but everyone was very happy with the accommodation and we’ll definitely rent again if needed. William was extremely responsive to our questions and had everything ready for an extremely easy checkin process.

Peace in the Trees

Lots of room. We especially enjoyed the huge deck area in the trees. We were entertained by the sounds of neighbor's chickens in the mornings. Very private. Those chickens were not within sight. We loved it.

Wedding weekend in Knoxville

We came to the area for our great niece's wedding and decided to go see some sights with family we do not get to see very often. The house was close to the venue and a short car ride away to see Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The property was very clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The house sits up off the road so there is wooded property surrounding it. We were there a little early in Spring (late March) so the landscaping was not in full bloom, but still beautiful. We did have a few warm mornings to sit out on the deck and just enjoy the scenery. It rained the night we were going to use the fire pit area! We will have to attempt that on our next trip to Knoxville! Thanks for letting us stay!!!

Perfect place to wind down

Though we were not in the property that often, it allowed a perfect setting to allow my group to wind down after long days. House was comfy and inviting. Check in process was a tad outdated, arrived super early in the AM after a long drive expecting I needed to turn water on, spent 35 minutes looking and then informed outdated instructions. William was quick to answer our questions regarding towels, a misplaced tv, and garbage bags. Property was missing batteries for tv remotes (though we didn’t use them), a few bugs inside the property. Overall a great stay and thank you to William for the place to stay

Great location

Property was in great location. Close to Norris Lake and Museum of Appalachia. We also visited family in Clinton. Place was clean and we really appreciated that. We were disappointed with the couch and loveseat. They sank when you sat in them. We had to get the kitchen chairs or put pillows on the couch and loveseat. Hopefully that will get replaced asap. Great house lots of seating area & firepit Close to where my daughter got married. House very clean and equipment with all you need. Driveway a little tricky. Owner Will was amazing and responded to all my questions. He was very accommodating. Only thing I could say could add would be more TV .
