Magnificent Cottage Residence, situated on approx 7 acres forested lot with ultimate privacy and unforgetable surrounding setting.This relaxing privately owned year round cottage is only 55 minutes North of Toronto. An hour away from the airport up the highway. It is located South side of Kempenfelt Bay on a quiet dead end street right on the water. The home is aproxm 2000 sq/ft , 3 Bdr, 2 Bathrooms, Washer, Dryer, Gas Fireplace and A/C in summer months. Sleeps SIX people ( 2 Kids and 4 Adults for example ) comfortably! New Beds with quality Bedding! Home is very open and spacious with amazing views of the lake from the Living Rm / Dining Room and Screened Sunroom/Gazebo . The Cottage is extremely clean and well taken care of. With a Gas Fireplace and a flat screen TV with a cable and free WIFI Internet. The Living Room is a great place to spend quality time. Fully stocked with many games, books and puzzles. Something to do for everyone.!! The Ktchen is also fully equipped. Large Gazebo Room Room is a spectacular place to enjoy your morning Coffee!. Fully stocked with everything you need.: Towels, blankets,... ect...Only thing you need to bring is your food! Outside there is large flat backyard, Bbq for your use. Fire pit built with 8 Muskoka chairs around 9 in summer). Gradual entry into the water starting around waist height, with a sandy bottom. Beautiful Views of Unforgetable Lake Simcoe Sunset!!! You Deserve it!Owner lives nearby in case you need anything. Convenient grocery store and small plaza mints of drive. Great restaurants in the area. Between renters we ensure proper time to go through the house have it perfectly clean and inspected that all promised amenities and features are there.
