Looking for some Florida cheer? You'll find it in this lovely 3rd floor Balcony Suite Plus. Recently renovated throughout, this unit is perfect for the entire family. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove and oven, microwave and large refrigerator. The great ocean view peaks through the sliding glass door in the living room. There are comfortable sling chairs on the balcony and a table just large enough to enjoy an ocean front meal. The two twin murphy beds in the living room were recently added; they are the perfect spot to enjoy the large 42" flat screen TV. The bathroom is delightful with a new tub and surround grab bar. The private bedroom has a king bed and a 32" flat screen TV. The tile throughout is cheerful and easy to keep clean. Ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom, keep the unit breezy. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Great home base for a fun extended weekend

Beacher’s was a wonderful place to stay during our time in the area over the weekend. We were able to enjoy Dayton Beach, the Daytona race weekend, St. Augustine, and Blue Springs State Park (manatee viewing). Would highly recommend.

Great Family Atmosphere

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed every minute of the stay. Very family friendly, and felt safe. The building was clean, the pool area and grilling area was nice- charcoal Webber grills. Had laundry, ice machine and vending machines, as well as Landry detergent and sunscreen at the front desk. Pet friendly. Room was nice (very spacious compared to a hotel room) and well equipped to cook in and eat in if you wanted. This is our new vacation stay while in Florida.

St Augustine Getaway Weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had all that we needed and the view is worth a million dollars. It is close to downtown St Augustine. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo

This condo was just perfect for the two us. The mattress was very comfortable and the unit was clean when we arrived. We loved the convenience to the beach. We would stay here again if we are in St Augustine.

Great Views

Property was very nice and the management team was unbelievable. Also, the room was very clean and the Murphy beds were great for our family. The view from the balcony is worth the price to stay here!!! We would not hesitate to book this room again!!!

Great for 2 people

Condo was great, I wouldn't recommend it for more than 2. 1 bedroom with king and 2 fold down twins in living room. We didn't need the fold down beds, but it would have been crowded if we did. Nice view and condo was clean. Definitely would stay again.

Spring Break in St. Augustine

We had such a lovely stay! The unit is just like the photos, spotlessly clean with updated appliances. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! The pool is spacious and well kept, and the beach is beautiful and not crowded (at least for March). The laundry facilities are clean and efficient. The suite is close to area attractions and restaurants and just 20-30 minutes to the Old City, even with bridge traffic. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Unfortunately, there was a large maintenance project going on that caused noise, dust etc. We were told about the project before we arrived. The washers and dryers were not always working which was frustrating. There was several days of maintenance on them. The unit was fine. The Beachers'staff and the crew doing the maintenance tried to keep things clean and limit the disruption.

Not the best experience

Our main issue was that the air conditioner didn't keep up during our 2 night stay. It was set at 60 when we entered and maintained a temperature of what was probably 75-80. The unit on the balcony is also very loud. When I told the front desk, she said "ok?" . I felt this was a very unprofessional way to handle a guest who is voicing that they are uncomfortable during their stay. Also, we left something behind in the room and were unable to get in touch with the front desk or property manager after checking out which is very frustrating. (Once they got our money, the communication stopped). Beautiful view but that's all this place has offer!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was comfortably furnished, but the second https://fb.watch/caycQAQ2Fh/ night we stayed there at around 10:30pm after the office had closed, otherwise we would have called, it sounded like someone was ripping pipes out of the wall, hammering scraping heavy object across floor. When we told the office about it the next morning, the managers response was she was sure it was the renters above us. We didn’t hear voices or music or footsteps it wasn’t renters, it sounded like repair work was being done. We lost a night and a day because we were dead tired and the management offered us nothing for our lost time and inconvenience. and the next morning we discovered the people next to us had trouble with their shower, we overheard and saw maintenance coming and going from there. So that was our second and last trip to this property.

Reviewer Comments: Beacher's Lodge Unit 326 was a wonderful choice for our mini-vacation.Positives:- Helpful on-site property management and maintenance staff (needed tv assistance)- Amazing view of the ocean from the balcony and main living space- Easy access to beach over boardwalk near the Lodge's pool- Great beach...clean sand with no rocks, shells or seaweed - Comfortable bed in bedroom and the murphy pull-down beds were a great idea to add to the unit- Air conditioning and fans worked well- Common area laundry facilities at $2.00 per washer or dryer load worked wellAreas for Improvement:- Coffee maker was a mini version and we suggest upgrading to a normal size coffee maker- Add a large wooden cutting board to the kitchen utensils (the glass cutting board isn't efficient -makes loud scaping sounds as its being used)- Add some cards, puzzles or board games to the unitRecommended Restaurants:- For seafood highly recommend Seafood Kitchen (amazing food and casual environment, 3 miles from Bleacher's Lodge); walk-ins welcome-For great atmosphere, music and food look to Prohibition Kitchen downtown at 119 St. George Street- For Spanish or Cuban inspired food look to Columbia Restaurant downtown at 98 St. George Street.
