House with swimming pool between ocean & basin, very well exposed, calm not overlooked.
Well furnished, ideal for families of 4 to 5 people, tubular salt pool.
Bay window facing south which overlooks the 60 m2 terrace.
For your comfort, the house has a plancha (gas).
All amenities (posts, shops) are accessible within 1 km of the house.
proximity to the pool 4km & ocean 8km (without traffic jams) supervised beach.
Kilometers of cycle paths crossing the pine forests which will lead you in particular to the point of the ferret.
The house is located 35 minutes from Merignac airport (Bordeaux) and 55 minutes from Saint-Jean station in Bordeaux (shuttles exist from the station).
PLEASE NOTE, for people with allergies, I would like to point out that a very nice cat lives at home.
I remind you of the dangers of a swimming pool, and ask you to give your full attention to the safety of your children.

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Lège verbracht, Pool und Haus genossen. Denis hat uns auch spät abends sehr freundlich empfangen und war immer für alle Fragen erreichbar. Kater Riri war ein sehr verkuschelter Begleiter.

Sehr schönes Haus zum Entspannen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem schönen Haus mit Pool sehr genossen. Der Vermieter war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend, es stand eine Weinflasche zur Begrüßung bereit, das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und die süße "Hauskatze" Riri hat sofort unser Herz erobert. Auch die Lage ist super - der Atlantik nicht weit, viele schöne Ausflüge von dort einfach zu machen. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Schöner Urlaub

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Sauber und zum Wohlfühlen, mit allem was man braucht. Besonders toll waren Katze, Pool und Tischtennisplatte. Alles vorhanden für die Selbstversorgung. Mit dem Auto erreicht man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele. Ein schöner Urlaub für uns. Vielen Dank!

Heerlijk rustig

We hebben genoten van een week rust. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien met ontzettend veel buitenruimte. Het plaatsje zelf was erg klein. Wel een bakkertje op fiets afstand. Sowieso goed te fietsen overal. Bordeaux en Dune du Pilat zijn leuke uitstapjes. Voor rustzoekers echt een aanrader.

Bonnes vacances

Très bonnes bonnes vacances à Lège Cap Ferret. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Habitation très bien situé avec commerces à proximité à pied. D'un côté la grande plage du Crohot de l'autre le bassin et ses huîtres le tout en voiture ou à vélo!
