A remarkable architect's house with 140 m2 on two floors and air conditioning.
On the ground floor is a kitchen, the living room and the dining room with an open fireplace and a separate space with two bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet, a large terrace with barbecue and 5 places jacuzzi overlooking on a closed park.
On the first floor is a bathroom and a bedroom.
