Brise du Large, Maison d'Ault - Charming property on a cliff.

You drove 2:45 from Paris using its least congested exit, Lille or Brussels.
Or a driver picked you up from the train coming from the Gare du Nord.

Along the road, you have wondered many times if the photos of this unusual place, on the heights of this unknown coastal village, seen on your booking platform were not due to the talent of the photographer alone!

The Brise Du Large site was acquired almost a year ago today for the sole purpose of transforming it into a guesthouse with rare and unusual characteristics on our coast in maritime Picardy.

The reconstruction, major renovations and improvements to the outdoor spaces (1600m2 gardens / 80m2 panoramic terraces, etc.) began in April 2019.

From April 4 the opening date of Brise du Large - Maison d'Ault will welcome its guests in a completely renovated space.

The beautiful lawns here grow in March!

5 bedrooms and bathroom / “bannettes” children's dormitory with 3 bunk beds accessible from the LA HUNE and MARÉE HAUTE bedrooms, the 2 sea view bedrooms on the 1st floor.

Living room with wood stove / guest table kitchen with double panoramic view for breakfasts and for those who wish for lunches and dinners. Several levels of terraces private garden 600 m2 backed by a white cliff wall.

The scenery, the romanticism and the elements will seize you from the private parking lot where, for the following days, you will forget the car.

After putting your luggage down, you will have a drink served at the bar in front of a flame, maybe you will have dinner, if you have reserved the table d'hôtes, in front of the 10km of beach which start from the bay window of the kitchen towards the bay of Somme classified among the most beautiful in the world, you will savor a coffee and more for night owls, on the panoramic roof terrace before joining your room and falling asleep imagining the panorama that you will discover the next morning around a breakfast served at the place of your choice.

Malgré la vue incroyable

Malgré une vue incroyable la relation d'abord par sms trop présente, ensuite avec le propriétaire, quelques incompréhensions se sont invitées dans ce Week-end de retrouvaille en famille. La maison est une réussite mais le fait d'inscrire Bar Brise à proximité dénature l'intimité de ce lieu par les visites nombreuses de certaines personnes associant le lieu au bar. Cette maison propose des chambres de qualité (sauf odeur d'égout forte dans une chambre et moisissure sur les plinthes dans une autre), tout le monde possède ses commodités ainsi que sa SDB, nous avons opté pour le petit déjeuner servi par une jeune fille : une réussite (nous aurions aimé des produits de la région mais le rapport qualité/prix est très correct). Le format de cette maison n'est peut-être adaptée pour une privatisation totale et c'était une première pour le propriétaire. Bonne continuation dans cette aventure.
