The home is located 1/3 mile walking distance from the beach. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a very large kitchen that is completely furnished. It is also equipped with a washer and dryer. The den has two sofas that recline and a recliner also, it is very spacious and lots of lighting. We have a fenced back yard and a large two car carport. The home is near casinos, parks, and very nice restaurants. Its about an hour from New Orleans and close to Gulfport. There is lots of shopping areas also.
We have the following security cameras.
Ring door bell located under the carport at back kitchen door that faces the utility door under the carport.
An I-Cam solar powered camera located on the NW corner under the carport that faces the backdoor and carport area.
A ring solar powered camera located Northside of frontporch that faces the front door.
These cameras are used for security purposes only. The cameras are visible and for property protection only.

Vacation

Close to all amenities, which worked great for us after some unforeseen emergency’s. Text property owner and they were very kind and generous. Beach area was very quiet and offered plenty of space for relaxing. Home had lots of space for the 4 of us.

Quiet, relaxing, 15-30 minutes from everywhere

This home is perfect if you want an affordable, comfortable, functional and quiet place to stay. It may not be the most exciting but Bay St. Louis is a mere 15 minute drive and Biloxi is about 40 minutes away. Carpets and walls were stained but owner was incredibly nice, attentive and helpful. Overall experience was really very good!

Convenient

Everything is a short distance away and easy to get to. They supply everything you need for your stay. Everyone had a comfortable stay except me; apparently I got the one mattress that you could feel the springs through. I felt the plates/silverware/counters were only as clean as the last guest left them. I opted for disposable ware and washed anything I used beforehand. As a previous guest noted-the return vent really needs to be cleaned regularly. I did a subpar job wiping that down because it bothered me.

NICE and especially nice for someone with walking difficulty with NO STEPS

We arrived and as instructed, the key was in the coded lock box and access was very easy. House was on one floor and except for one small hump it was smooth walking. The main living areas were easy access . We went there with our 3 grandchildren. The 3 bedrooms were big enough. The girls shared one bedroom and the boy had the other. TVs in every room made it nice so they could go watch whatever they wanted in the evenings and leave us the one in the living room. We found the beach quite easily, just going over to Vacation then down to beach where it has street side parking. The table was on the small side for all of us to fit around but we managed ( following rule of no food in the living room) Laundry was convenient too We will be coming back to this house next vacation.

Great stay close to Gulfport.

Enjoyed a family get together for a long weekend. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for all of us (four adults and one child). It was close to everything we needed and was easy to get to. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfect!! And the owner was even better!!

The house was great everything you need for a home away from home. The owner contacts you before you arrive and makes sure you know what you need to know. He gives you your privacy amd lets you enjoy the house. I would recommend it if you stay on this area.
