This nice contemporary studio, located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a modern residence, consists of a living space of 25 sq. m and includes :
- a nice 10 sq. m terrace, with an exceptional view on the sea,
- a large and sunny living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a perfectly equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hotplates, fridge),
- a night corner with a triple bunk bed for kids,
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, hair dryer,
- TV, Wi-Fi and AC,
- access to the residence laundry with a washing machine.

Gute Lage zum strand

Die in der Auftragsbestätigung angegebene Adresse war falsch. Der Vorort Ansprechpartner sprach nur französisch Die telefonisch angegebene Adresse war nicht eindeutig und nach der Angabe nicht zu finden. Die Schlafcouch war unmöglich, hier wäre es wünschenswert ein richtiges Bett zu installieren. Die Lüftung und der Raum der Etagenbetten eine Zumutung. Auf gar keinen Fall für 5 Personen geeignet. Keine Lüftung in Bad und Toilette.
