Quiet studio, 24m2 on the ground floor, of a recent residence with swimming pool, overlooking a quiet street. Facing the Nivelle golf course and 10 mins walk from Saint Jean de Luz. Outdoor parking, close to the studio, is at your disposal free of charge. A new and comfortable sofa bed, practical, in the living room and an alcove part of 2 bunk beds in 90cm.
A washing machine.
A 101cm television. Wi-fi available. A heated swimming pool from April to October.
Sheets and towels in supplements 35€, therefore the linen is not included.
Cleaning costs of 30€ will be requested upon your arrival. Thank you for respecting this rule.

El propietario me mandó un Mail aceptando mi estancia y minutos después rechazándola , pero no se puso en contacto con la agencia para cancelarlo así q a mí me cobraron la estancia por completo. Muchas gracias a Mohammed de atención al cliente que me ayudó a solucionarlo.

Studio bien placé et pratique pour une petite famille

Emplacement à 15 min a pied de la plage et pratique car à 15 min du debut de la rhune en voiture. Super piscine chauffée. Le studio est fonctionnel meme si l'électroménager mérite un petit rajeunissement...

Studio très bien placé, piscine de la résidence agréable. Manque de rangements pour nos affaires personnel (c est commun à la plupart des logements de vacances). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
