NOTICE OF ONGOING PROPERTY IMPROVEMENTS: Please note that property-wide construction is currently underway, beginning October 14, 2024, with an estimated completion date of August 1, 2025. As of June 11, 2025, all buildings are undergoing elevator tower window replacements. Elevators remain in full operation during this time. Trash chutes may be temporarily inaccessible on certain floors in various buildings. Trash disposal remains available on all first floors. Building 2 stairwells will receive their final coating on June 12, 2025, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. During this short window, both stairwells will be temporarily closed. Elevators will remain available for guest use. Project schedules may shift slightly due to weather. Please contact the local office with any questions or concerns.

Topsail Hill Preserve State Park is so close (just a mile and a half away) and offers tons of awesome things to do at places like Campbell Lake where you can canoe, kayak, and paddleboard. You'll also find plenty of saltwater fish like pompano, Spanish mackerel, and redfish along the Gulf waterline. Be sure to keep an eye out for whitetail deer and watch the dolphins and shorebirds playing along the shoreline.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
