Modern villa with 4 bedrooms for 4 adults and 3 children (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 2 children's bedrooms.)
Large living room, kitchen with all the necessary comfort: fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, induction hob)
The very bright living room is equipped with a large TV screen with Freebox, Playstation, DVD and WIFI (fiber) available, as well as a pinball machine from 1985
1 bedroom on the ground floor with 1 TV, with shower room (walk-in shower) and large dressing room upstairs 3 bedrooms + 1 WC and 1 bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. 1 bedroom with a double bed + 1 tv. 2 children's bedrooms with 1 bunk bed (possibilities for 2 children) the other bedroom with 1 single bed.
House with garage and alarm.
All rooms are air conditioned.
Washing machine, dryer, many games for young and old: playmobil, lego, many board games, dolls, Playstation, VR simulator helmet (virtual reality), outdoor games: swings, trampoline ...
Gym: treadmill and punching bag (boxing)
2 terraces with a table chairs (for 8 people) and a garden furniture at the edge of the swimming pool + deckchairs.
2 adult bikes and 2 children available on request (baby carrier available)

The pool is secured by an electric shutter to the new standards as well as a water detection bracelet for the smallest non-swimmers (alarm) when the pool is open. Upstairs a large terrace and a balcony.
