The house sits farther back from road and studio entrance is in the front, downstairs door.

ID and Verification:
To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests)

Pet Policy:
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property, with a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay.

My team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address any questions you may have. For food deliveries, please use shipt dot com.

Sleeping Capacity:
The maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person, per night.

Check-In/Check-Out:

Standard Check-In: 3 PM
Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee.
Standard Check-Out: 11 AM
Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows:
50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM
75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
Supplies:
Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies.

Smoking Policy:
A $350 fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.

Studio Information: Please be aware that this is a downstairs studio, and you may be subject to hearing guests in the upstairs unit.
Neighboring Airbnb: The house next door is also an Airbnb space. It does not share any spaces with this home and has its own driveway and yard. It faces in the opposite direction from this property.
