Summary:
Cozy attic space with original hardwood throughout. Comfortable and clean. Close to downtown Knoxville and UT. Short drive to Pigeon Forge and other Smokey Mountain attractions.

The Space:
Cute attic space. Original hardwood throughout. Cozy spot.

Area of older homes in East Knoxville. Conveniently located. If you're looking for a fancy, pristine neighborhood this isn't for you. It is a beautiful older home and much cheaper and nicer than a hotel.

Guest Access:
Whole space

Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

The Neighborhood:
Older, Eastside neighborhood. easy access to grocery store a couple of blocks away. Minutes from dowtown area and you are about 30-45 minutes from Pigeon Forge.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft and City Cabs are available and the house is on the KAT public transportation system as well.

Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests).No cats are allowed. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the property but we charge a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 8 PM CT to address your questions and concerns. For any food deliveries, Door Dash, McDelivery (McDonald's), GrubHub, 2eatn, Bite squad, and Uber Eats will deliver them all to you. The normal sleeping capacity is 2 but we allow up to a maximum of 3 guests per reservation. We charge an Additional Guest Fee of $15 per person per night for the 3rd guest. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

$100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher

Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies.
