Thank you so much for your interest in staying In our attic apartment!
We hope you have a wonderful time, but we ask that you respect the other guests inside this 100 year old house by being quiet.
Some guests are professionals needing to sleep or work at home. Please keep TVs, radios and voices, etc. at a level that cannot be heard by your neighbors.
Although 30 days is the minimum number of days you can book we give big enough discounts that you will still save money even if you don’t stay the full 30 days.
Once you have booked your stay I will contact you to tell you the keyless entry code.
Please wash all your dishes and put them away when you’re finished and wipe down all appliances. Keep the floors swept mopped and vacuumed. Please use your dumpster #3 outside and throw out all your trash.
Since this is a 30 day minimum rental you are responsible for washing your towels and sheets. Please follow washing instructions.
Enjoy your stay, and be sure to contact me if you have any problems.
