A unique feature of this 1800-sq-ft townhouse is that it includes direct access into the parking garage. The townhouse comes with a secure underground EV Level 2 Charging Station and which is located at the two parking spots of the unit. The Level 2 Charging Station charges faster than a standard 110v outlet. Electric charging fees are for the guest's account.
The main floor includes a fully equipped granite and stainless-steel kitchen, a natural gas stove, a breakfast bar, heated hardwood floors throughout and a half bathroom. There are even two east-facing bay windows, an electric fireplace and a Bluetooth Sound System.
The front door of the townhouse is on Superior Street and the extra-large patio spans the corner of Superior Street and Douglas Street. Access to the patio is through beautiful French doors just off of the dining area. There you will find a natural gas BBQ with ample space for entertaining.
The second floor has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bay window and queen-sized bed (one is a murphy bed for versatility), a tile and granite bathroom, laundry, and a media room with two leather recliners that look into the park. Just like the main living area, the large windows on this floor make it bright and cheery.
The top level is a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed (that can be reconfigured into two twins), a long walk-in closet, a Juliet balcony and a bathroom suite that includes heated floors and a shower big enough for two adults.
Every floor includes Wi-Fi and smart TVs with cable channels. This unique rental offering is available on a 90-day minimum basis.

Important Notes
CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire townhouse to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage.
PARKING: Parking for two vehicles is INCLUDED in the rent in the buildings' secure underground garage.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 6 feet 10 inches (2.1 m).
MAXIMUM VEHICLE LENGTH is 18 feet. If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the garage height restriction.
BICYCLE STORAGE: Bicycle storage is available. Please contact Victoria Prime before booking.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet residential building with quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Please respect our neighbours.
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.

• Pets are not permitted.
• Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control.
