Family friendly Chalet with swimming pool near "Parque del Cafe"

Modern house with 3 bedrooms and a detached condo. A nice swimming pool with a Kiosko that´s ideal for barbeques or spending time relaxing. The house is in a 3,500 square meter plot with nice gardens and a beautiful views of the mountains. We are 10 minutes away from "Parque del Cafe" one of the main attractions in the region and 20 minutes from Armenia´s airport as well as from downtown.

It´s an ideal place to relax and enjoy the coffe region of Colombia.

Orginally from Colombia, I now live in Mexico with my family for the past 4 years.

Why they chose this property

This has was built by my father in 2012 near Armenia where he always wanted to live as he was born there but moved to Bogotá at a very young age.

He passed in 2018 and since I'm living in Mexico I decided that it was a good idea to set it up as an accommodation for tourists and families wanting to visit the coffee region in Colombia.

What makes this property unique

I love to spend the afternoons in the swimming pool, making a barbeque and watching the mountains.

Sunsets in the back porch are also amazing, particularly if you have a glass of wine and some cheese crackers.

On cool days I prefer lying down in the living room and reading one of the +1,000 books from the library and winding down.
