Great Views!

The view of Nice and the Baie des Anges is spectacular! We had a delightful time working remotely for 4 weeks from Abbaye de Roseland. It is a long walk to the beach, and we don't recommend trying to walk back as the hills are steep. We used Uber and Bolt to get to and from the Old Town every night. The Uber app doesn't know the location, so if you don't have a car use Bolt. The swimming pool is wonderful, but it is not heated. The apartment is great for couples, and Philippe is a wonderful host.

Joli appartement avec une très belle vue , résidence très calme et à 10 minutes à pied du tram. Cependant il est difficile pour une personne âgée de descendre et monter de la résidence Jusqu’au tram à pied car il y a pas mal de dénivelé.

Notre sejour dans la propriete de Philippe etait formidable. L'emplacement ideal, le calme, la propriete de l'appartement, la Vue, la proximite des plages... Et l'air condition née dans le salon et la chambre.
