For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning, bed linens and bathroom towel sets for the occupancy of the property.

This home is ideally located off the famed Narragansett seawall and is just a short walk to Narragansett Town Beach and all the Pier restaurants and shops. This home is ideally located off the famed Narragansett seawall and is just a short walk to Narragansett Town Beach and all the Pier restaurants and shops. All three bedrooms are located on the upper level and have window a/c units. There is a king size bed, queen sized bed and a room with two twins. This home also features a deck off the upper level to enjoy the cool ocean breezes as well as a second living room and full bathroom on the lower level.

Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday.

Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.

We really enjoyed our stay. So convenient to the Narragansett Pier area and other local restaurants. We walked to everything. The house was clean and had useful amenities.
