Gulf-front takes on a new meaning with this condo's stunning views. Perfect for a honeymoon retreat or small family, enjoy the serene views from your balcony, preferably while enjoying breakfast made in the well-equipped kitchen. Primary guests will be spoiled by Gulf views from the comfort of the room's king bed. Shared amenities open for guest use include two shared pools (one with seasonal heating), a hot tub, a shared charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower for sandy toes.

Guests can walk straight to the beach from the ground floor of the building. Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a bright setting, is just three miles from the condo. Beyond that, personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the resort. Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour.

No access to wifi and not too clean sheets, but overall great time!

We were not able to get wifi the entire trip and couldn’t make a call to customer service because our phones were in SOS mode. The bed sheets were not in the best cleaning shape, but everything else was amazing. We had a great time!!

Relaxing Beach Vacation

Condo is beautiful, clean and comfy! Had almost everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable and I am VERY picky about beds. The balcony is huge and has the most amazing views! This condo is literally 5 steps from the elevator and test we never heard any noise whatsoever. And the ride down to Ground level…just walk five steps to the exit, a few more steps through the parking garage and you are on the beach.

Last minute placement!

We kinda just got placed here after the unit we booked had issues and Vacasa contacted us 3 hours before our checkin to tell us. This condo is very nice and I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and really nice. Loved the location and super fast elevators. Only thing I can think the condo needs is maybe a queen in spare ( full size is just too small for 2 people) More silverware and drinking glasses, and pot holders for getting pans out of oven would be great! Would definitely stay here again . Loved being right by the elevator.

Place is great...Condo elevators keep breaking

The home is beautiful and comfortable with all the basic needs met for a stay at the beach. However, the resorts elevators kept breaking leaving us to climb 15 flights of stairs. It was a bit annoying after the second occurrence.

Great stay.

Loved our room. It was very clean when we arrived. It has a big balcony with a great view. The room is located right next to the elevators so you can definitely hear the commotion outside but it didn’t really bother us. I saw that some people complained about the elevators not working and that did happen on our second day— there was one working elevator in the building and a huge line to get on at the end of our beach day but it was fixed by the next morning. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and we would likely stay again.

Home Away from home !!

Everything about this unit was perfect, clean & had everything we needed to make breakfast & lunch’s (we eat out for dinner) I have no complaints and would recommend it to anyone looking! Just wish we could have stayed longer LOL! Definitely plan on staying again in the future.

Overall good-needs a few changes

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo. The only main problems we noticed were the lack of blankets/comforters on the beds. We brought two small ones of our own and then had to go to Walmart to buy more. Also, the guest bedroom was pretty bare and needs a lamp. The bedrooms weren’t very cozy at all. Our MAIN concern was the extreme wait on the elevators! I know this is common at high-rise condos, but the day we left we waited at least 30 minutes literally to catch an available one. I’ve never had to do that! We couldn’t take the 15 flights of stairs (as we did a few times during our stay) because we had all of our things packed on the cart to leave. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I’ll never be able to convince my husband to stay here again.

Good location, not as clean as advertised. Buyer beware

Condo was well stocked about ten years ago. Be prepared to come in and clean everything. Block out 3 hours for washing sheets/dishes and sweeping floors. Take turns with who gets to shower, bc the Hot water quits after 1 shower. Pans had egg in them from previous tenants. Bring a spatula, and a pan without the ceramic scratched off. Container for silverware was filthy. Washed whole thing and flatware. Bonus-dishwasher works well! Dishes are old and cracked. Coffee mugs had scratches in bottom and permanent stains. Everything needs an update. Beds full of sand and sheets were about 200 threadcount and threadbare. The covers weren’t blankets just thicker sheets. Only one elevator working. Unit is 3 steps from elevator that does work which you get to listen to all night. Bring a sound machine for that room. Be prepared to spend at least 45 minutes a day waiting on elevator. Management called on day one and when aired grievances just says, sorry about that. Views are beautiful, enough room for a couple and one child. Finding a place to eat for takeout is near impossible at peak hours. Beach is convenient. The chairs and umbrella promised are rented for the week every Sunday, so if you come mid week, you won’t get one. Recommend bringing your own chairs/tent/etc. Basically this unit is like glamping.

Cozy home with a view

We loved every bit of this home. We would recommend a Nespresso coffee machine or cups to make the stay even better. Otherwise everything else was amazing we are definitely looking forward to coming back!

Great Vacation

Even tho the tornado delayed our entry to the condo, We loved it and the area. It had everything we needed. The wait for the elevators was minimal. The view was amazing, bed was comfortable. The only down side was that the two sliding doors to the balcony were very hard to open from the outside. Also, the hairdryer in the hall bathroom wasn't working

Worse ever, I would not recommend

This was the worse place I have ever stayed. So many issues with non cleanliness. Especially in this time of Covid19. Checked in later that night and mattress pad that was fold up in closet had urine all over it.. and I mean all over it. (I took pictures of everything.) The bed sheets still had sand in them where they were not even changed just made over. Literally sand was in the bed . The dishes were filthy. The dishes had dried food on them. The pots, plates everything was just disgusting. We had to go out and buy paper plates/cups and silverware. The pillow cases had dried up slob on them from previous guest and the sheets also had stains on them along with the sand mentioned earlier. We got in late and I had to put ALL of the bedding in the washing machine and drier. That literally took 4 hrs because the washer and drier was so small couldn't wash many things. In the bathroom was a dirty towel flung over the shower rail that was dried up with hair on it. I promise you I can't make this stuff up. It was just sad. We got in late and couldn't find another airbnb so we had not choice but to stay. Some of us were cold at night because the place didn't have any extra covers or blankets for pull out bed, so we had to go to walmart and buy a blanket. This was the absolute worse and the property management should be completely shame of them self. I was beyond disgusted and upset that I had to spend my vacation cleaning. Very disappointing. I don't live like this at my home, so to go on vacation and deal with this was beyond unacceptable!
