I would highly recommend this stay! The updates of the room were great and very clean. The view of the beach was amazing. I also very much appreciated the two reserved beach chairs/umbrella that came with the room. It was nice to not have to bring down our own chairs/umbrella every time.

Everything about the condo was wonderful except for one thing. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. We had to bring in chairs from the balcony. Billing the unit as being able to sleep 6 would necessitate sleeping on the futon in the living room. Not a comfortable option. The beds were amazing, the amenities, including the beach chair and umbrella inclusion, were very good. The unit was outfitted with all the necessities. With the exception of the living room furniture I would rate this a seven star out of the five possible.

This is a yearly return trip for us. The unit was spotless and new renovatuons were great. We had great weather for the week so views from the 17th floor were spectacular. This time of year is very nice with no crowds to deal with. A very welcome and relaxing trip. We can't wait until our next visit.

Perfect size for two couples Love having 2 bathrooms and the kitchen has so many utensils for cooking meals! Nice new furniture with very tasteful decorations. Coffee in the morning on the balcony can’t be beat.

Our stay was fantastic. The condo is beautiful, clean, spacious, and accommodating; had everything we needed. My mother enjoyed her meals and reading on the balcony at the large table. Beach chair service that’s included was wonderful. The Gulf front view did not disappoint!! I highly recommend this property and plan on staying again soon.

The condo itself was ok. Needed a good dusting. The beds did look like they had been dusted in months. The FURNITURE! You could not sit on the couch without fear of being thrown in the floor. It was like it was tilted. The chairs weren't much better. Both very uncomfortable. Then there is the bed in the master. It was only about 20 inches off the floor and the mattress felt like foam. It was very hard to get in and out of. Would be a good bed for toddlers but not for older people. The other room had a bed that was easier to get in and out of but the mattress was same as master. Neither comfortable. The parking garage is sorta tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. We did love the location.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location. We would like to clarify that the sofa is brand new and was selected for its style and support. Comfort is very subjective, and preferences for sofas and mattresses vary greatly from person to person. We personally prefer firmer seating and beds, and we have had other guests ask for the mattress brand because they found it so comfortable and wanted one for their own home. The lower bed height is also intentional and has been comfortable for older guests, including our own parents in their 80s and 90s. We also guarantee our clean. If you had let us know within 24 hours, our cleaning company would have returned and made it right immediately.

Our vacation stay was great. We had some clogged pipes in the bathroom and some trouble with the main TV I called the owner, Somya, and she adressed the problems right away. We all had a wonderful stay there.

Convenient to town and a hreat price for on the beach accomodations.

Our one week stay couldnt have been better. Easy and responsive owner answered all of my questions. Lots of amenities including pool, hot tub, exercise, sauna and more. Close to many restaurants and walmart for shopping. Great views from 17th floor.
